Staff were all very friendly, spa facilities were lovely, extra treats in our room on arrival and through the week were great and tasty, rooftop bar and bistro both good spaces, roof bar maybe could use more seats. Pumpkin jam with walnut bread at breakfast was delicious, along with honeycomb. Area around hotel has super dining options, we enjoyed Liimpar, Sumaya, Obica and Zero Zero as well as the Blue Bistro in the hotel.

Fabulous location. The staff were amazing, everyone from reception, the bar, housekeeping and maintenance were professional and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable and extremely clean - bonus points for the welcome G&T. Really good water pressure in the shower, too, which is always helpful.

We just finished our stay at The Vintage Hotel in Lisbon. We can’t wait to go back. The hotel was beautiful! It was perfectly and comfortably appointed and such a pleasant place to stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating and the neighborhood is a perfect location, easy to get around and central to the metro. The area is safe, and you can access local eateries including Pomme Eatery and other local gems. The hotel arranged our airport transport and taxi to the train station and it made it a breeze and very stress free. We enjoyed the spa and had massages and a facial, both of which were fabulous and well worth the minor expense in comparison to what you would pay in the states. The restaurant there is also great and a convenient place to grab breakfast before you head out. We will certainly be back and will continue to stay at The Vintage Hotel. We highly recommend staying with them - you won’t regret it!

This would have been a good experience, but it was completely ruined by the airport transfer. We had prebooked a return transfer to the airport, but nobody arrived. They then refused to refund the money despite not providing the service we paid for. It completely ruined the experience and left my wife in tears. Utterly disappointing and you expect more from a 5* destination.

Wonderful stay and facilities! The staff is top notch, everyone was so helpful and sweet. We also really enjoyed the free drinks provided as well as the spa area for sauna and pool :) My only critique are the bed pillows. The bed is on the harder side and the pillows don’t have that hotel quality fluff. I think upgrading that will level up this hotel!
