We absolutely loved this hotel. Excellent service excellent location right next to a large shopping mall with a grocery store and plenty of restaurants to eat at a good price and save money on food train and bus station directly across the street. Cannot be easier to use to see the rest of Portugal or the rest of Europe downtown Lisbon is a short cheap Uber ride as is the airport only one to 2 miles away. Short cheap Uber ride could not ask for a better location. Better service a better hotel absolutely stay at this place. If you are going to Lisbon.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel. It is conveniently located right next to the Oriente train station, which is less than 10 mins away from the airport, very close to a nice shopping mall and many restaurant options in the area, plus a beautiful rooftop bar. Our room was clean, comfy beds and pillows. Staff was great. I will be using this hotel again when traveling to Lisbon.

We loved this Hotel. Staff were so friendly and professional. Location is great, 5 minute walk to main bus station and train station. 5 minute Uber from airport. Large mall and grocery store right across the street as well. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. The breakfast quality could be improved is only recommendation.

Last stay in Lisbon; would definitely return

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff are incredibly nice and accommodating to needs. Room was tight for 3 beds but we were happy to find a place with 3 beds in the room. Everything is nicely updated from the lobby to the rooms. Access to everything you need including the train station is within easy reach. The bar on the 12th floor was a great place to hang out for a drink with a great view as well. Overall great stay, even if it was just for a night.
