The service was good but poor conditions, very clean however the rooms have furniture that are falling apart, no clear instructions on how to use the AC. We stayed 5 nights and could not get an Iron none of the days.

El hotel necesita una remodelacion. Los muebles de la habitación parecen de los 80. Viejo, oscuro y la atencion al cliente es bastante basica. El desayuno estaba ok. No volveria a este hotel.

Large room, comfortable bed. Had to leave air con on for a prolonged period to feel cool. Room is on flight path, ok when landing but very loud if take off. Confusion at check in about who was in each room so city taxes charged incorrectly and not enough towels etc. The reason we booked the hotel was for the roof top pool. No correspondence to war us pool would be closed the entire time we were there. When we checked in, we were offered the use of nearby hotel's pool. Inconvenient as had to cross roads to get there, it was small and overlooked. Practice fire alarm was advertised to go off at 10am on the Thursday. Left early to avoid. Returned at 11.30 it was still going off. Apparently delayed due to breakfast but we were not told that. My friend tried to leave to join me but colleagues told him he had to stay in the room? They had blocked his way out of the room as they were practicing how to stop smoke going into the room. The Lifts were not working for at least 4 hours. We were on the 8th floor so a lot of walking up and down stairs. Emergency exit stairwell is all black marble, no proper lighting and my friend who is tall had to stoop to go up and down. If you get room service it's just easiest to just pay when they arrive with a card reader. Unable to take payment from the card registered to the room, even when requested they held €100 on it to take payment from it. Struggled to then refund the difference at check out.

the swimming pool was closed because of repairs, but no work was carried out therefore it wont be ready until 2026. the air in the hotel lobby smells of rotten feet, because there is no air ionsers or ventilators. they had to keep the emergency exit doors by the stairs open at all times, and that causes an alarm to be heard all the time. there is no signs for toilets for example. one of the 2 lifts was broken and still not fixed when i left five days later.
