That is a beautiful property! The bedroom is so nice and the bedsheets were the most comfortable thing. The breakfast was also great. Vitorino is a very welcoming host.

A sweet little treasure.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in a pretty, small town close enough for all the attractions of Sintra but far enough away that it is not swarming with tourists. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. There is a spotless swimming pool in a handkerchief sized garden full of beautiful flowers. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend! Just be aware that you will have to arrange your arrival time so someone can let you into the gated property. There is a little bell that is not immediately obvious to the left of the gate.

Great breakfast we had just left Hilton Porto Hilton can learn how to serve a continental breakfast from Vila Vitorino! Parking was great a smaller space but large compared to some of the other property in Sintra.

This is a beautiful place. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was behind a wall and after some initial worry about how to get in we saw a doorbell to ring. The staff is friendly and welcoming and he even brought drinks to our room for us as we were exhausted after bicycling in from Lisbon. Our quad room was plenty of space for our group.

Unique design and style, amazing breakfast ( freshly baked goods). Rooms are phenomenal. Area is ok. But you can drive 15-20 min and find restaurants. You have to have a car otherwise there is nothing around it. Parking is on the street.

We loved our stay at Vila Vitorino - this was our second time staying here during our trip to Portugal and we looked forward to coming ‘home’ after a day exploring Peña Palace and the Moorish Castle. Highly recommend - great location - delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts!

Beautiful property, delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts. We are looking forward to coming back and staying at Vila Vitorino at the end of our trip before we fly home. Great location and just an Uber away to anywhere you need to go. Highly recommend the restaurant that was recommended to us by the hosts - Moinho Dom Quixote - the view and food were incredible.

Nice house, unprofessional host

The service was a disaster, pushing and creating tension. From luggage carriage, to decision on breakfast time, everything was meant to please the host and not the guests. Clearly someone who likes to be served and shouldn't be working in hospitality. The property is nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Vitorino. Pros: It is absolutely stunning. A house from the 16th century turned into a hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel is luxurious, clean, beautiful. The breakfast was good. Cons: It is right on the corner of a very busy street. The traffic woke us up at 6am. The parking is very limited. If you come back late at night, there might be no space for you to park. The staff was not very kind or inviting. We went to check in at 2:50 pm. The whole place was locked. There was no one. When the reception person showed up, he was less than inviting. Started doing his chores and did not even talk to me for 10 min until the clock turned 3pm. So, in a summary, great place but staff can work on being more welcoming. :)
