Lovely with luxurious feel. Very comfortable. Near to popular attractions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, from front desk, dining, and housekeeping. Special mention to Adalberto, Luis and Rafa for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also got to enjoy a great value & delicious set lunch - starter, choice of red/white wine, water, mains, dessert & coffee - all for 20€!!

Amazing 5 star treatment. Great staff, attentive, welcoming, helpful. Even staff in the restaurant are amazing and more than proper and accommodating. We felt sad leaving as we were treated so nicely from cleaners to management. Breakfast was amazing and personalized. Dinner was great as well.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is nice but the staff make it exceptional. Mariana at the front desk is so helpful and nice. The restaurant, while delicious, is also made truly special by the staff that know how to treat guests with warmth & hospitality and still encourage humor and fun. I recently stayed at the Wine & Books Hotel in Lisbon, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel has a unique charm, blending literary elegance with a refined wine atmosphere. A few standout features made my stay truly memorable. First, the shower was a real highlight—spacious, with a rainfall feature that felt incredibly relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. And the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest for my busy days in Lisbon. Breakfast was another great touch. I loved being able to order a hot, made-to-order breakfast, and the coffee—freshly brewed and rich in flavor—was a perfect start to the day. The hotel is located just outside the central old town, which turned out to be a real plus. It made getting around much easier—calling a Bolt (Lisbon’s rideshare) was quick, and I didn’t have to worry about the busy traffic in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the peaceful atmosphere offered a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Whether you’re looking for comfort, relaxation, or convenience, Wine & Books Hotel has it all. I’ll definitely be back!
