Traveled solo for my birthday and had an absolutely amazing time! Always felt safe and the beach (located across the street with crossing assistance provided) was incredibly beautiful. Cannot wait to return!!

Everything was so good. One tip for muslims if you will go tell the resort people or restaurant people that you want halal meat and they will arrange it for you.

We enjoyed the pool proxemty to bldg. 5 & the bar & snack bar close by to the pool. The evening entertainment was nice, but it would have nice to have had one night of eight of a quieter nature for dancing for folks less than 30 !! The food in the resturants was excellent except for the Asian resturant. We didn't care for it at all. The morning meals were wonderful as was the staff !! Thanks for the shaved Smoked Salmon. My favorite each day. The tour guide folks were quite friendly and very helpful.

This was my first time in Jamaica and at this resort; it is truly very clean, with spotless rooms and reasonably good food and restaurants—everything is top-notch. The beach is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful in every situation. In short, everything was wonderful, ONLY the music was terribly loud in the evenings, making it impossible to get some early rest even with the windows closed—and this happened almost every day. Despite the loud music, I recommend this resort; everything was well-organized, with no negative issues. Thank you

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

I didn’t like the false advertisement of a room with an ocean view. I paid extra for an ocean view and my view was of the pool

Totally enjoyed our stay at Retreat Plantation, home away from home , excellent management, Robin and his housekeepers we're L extremely pleasant. We would definitely go again!
