Very nice

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The hotel was nice. My room should have been better for the price. There was paint on the floor. Refrigerator was not pleasant looking and all the drinks inside was luke warm. The bathroom sinks the water went out very slow, so the settled there for awhile. Annoying. They did come up and finally clean the paint up after the second day. They left us one washcloth on the third day and none on the 4th night. We called and told the cleaning lady and we never got them.

Loved it!!!! The hotel was delightful , staff was very helpful and pleasant, the beache , absolutely stunning the blue water and white sand and the waterpark was my favorite part. Lemore the lifeguard was very helpful and gave me some good insight on what to do in Jamaica. The excursions were fantastic , Dunn River Falls a must, although I’d be very careful walking up those water falls, I loved mystic mountain and the Luminous excursion, amzing. My view of the ocean was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Property looks just like the picture, very spacious, can be very hot n humid entering the country. We visited Feb 2020 and left snow behind. When we got to Taylormade we were very pleased with AC in every room including the common areas and ceiling fans as well.. Ms Powell was excellent, attentive, inviting and there to help when needed. Puerto Secko Beach was the highlight of the trip. We strongly recommend this Taylormade property.
