Needs updating
Tabitha at front desk was super welcoming and professional. Overall, property needs investments in updates. Hallways are dark and musty, our ventilation fan in the bathroom rattled loudly, the bath door was in need of repair. Trash cans in breakfast area were filthy with caked on pancake batter. We’ve stayed here several times when flying out early, the shuttle and parking options are wonderful.

We were greeted and picked up at the airport by a lovely staff member. Check in was effortless and the night desk person was very nice. Room was clean and the bar was still open. Breakfast was good and eating area was very clean. A very good experience

I arrived around 8pm on December6. I was told my room was on the fourth floor and the elevator was not working. I said I am 80 years old, have knee replacements and mobility issues. She said she had posted the elevator problem on October 23. I said I did not make the reservation and only saw elevator problem the day before and thought it was surely fixed. She said it had not been inspected and could not be used. Surely you have something else. I asked for a refund and she said she could not give me one. I asked to be transferred to another Comfort Inn in the city. She said they were independently owned and she could not do that. She was very hateful and rude. I was frustrated and rude. She finally told me she had. Room on the third floor and I could have it. I could not believe this. This is the Comfort Inn on Roosevelt Road by the airport. When the hot water went out in my Holiday Inn Express went out in Longview, Texas, Texas, the transferred me to a great room at a Regular Holiday Inn a mile or two away. They were friendly and concerned with my comfort. This was my first and last visit to a Comfort Inn. Oh yes, the gravy was cold at breakfast. I am reporting this disability discrimination to the ADA.

Staff was very helpful and nice. That ol' elevator still isn't fixed though. And boy is it a long hike with suitcases to the 4th floor when you're 70 years old.

Elevator wasn’t working and I had a sprained ankle. They did have 2nd floor room at the end of a long hallway. Rooms (using mine as reference) could use a refresh. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast, starting at 4am was very good with lots of choices. Staff was prompt and friendly.
