The parking was not easy because there was a big party, a reunion I believe. The AC in the room was NOT working properly. The woman working the continental breakfast was unprofessional. We thought breakfast started at 6am like website stated. Apparently, Sundays is an exception, it starts at 7am. We wanted to join two tables together for the 3 of us to enjoy breakfast. She noticed and screamed real load "move it back." Even the front desk staff heard the situation. The gentleman working the front desk came and apologized. However, the kitchen staff lady's behavior was totally disrespectful.

Upon arrival I was upset as I booked the evening prior to my arrival so that I could check in early and rest prior to a scheduled evening event, but when at desk at 8am was told no room was ready for me and my family(including my dog.) those of you who travel with pets can understand how horribly inconvenient this would be. So ended up sitting by the pool at another hotel until they let us check in, which was after 3pm. Did I mention I called the hotel three times to include day prior, night prior and morning of to ensure they knew I was running a lil behind schedule but planned on checking into my reserved, prepaid room early AM. also emailed them day prior! Was ensured that as long as I arrived prior to 10am, I would have a room. Tis what it tis I suppose. I will say once checked in, no problems. Front desk did ask if all was okay during the stay.

My daughter and I were in town for the IDK How concert at the Hall. Hotel was super nice and clean. Good breakfast choices. Staff was nice and check-in and out went smoothly. I didn’t care for the location. Saw lots of homeless people hanging out around hotel. One was two feet from the front entrance, just hanging out and appeared to be taking to herself. Wouldn’t stay here again.
