Was a very good spot right on the edge of downtown Little Rock. Easy to get in and out, place is well taken care of, breakfast was just fine. Will look at this spot for future Little Rock endeavors.

Monica was very unprofessional. She did not greet me when I walked up, and she stared me down until I told her I had a reservation. Monica also assumed I would decline the credit card before I could even decline it. Monica was also playing loud videos shouting obscenities at the front desk. I asked her to switch my room that had a weird smell, loud ac unit, and loud drink machine on the floor, because my daughter and I have sensory issues. Monica told me my room was unsellable because my daughter used the restroom. We were not even in the room more than 5 minutes. The floor had stains in the carpet. The bed was not comfortable. None of the staff was personable, even the next shift. I do not feel like you actually care about customer satisfaction with a staff like the ones I encountered.

Called ahead of time to ask about early check in and even offered to pay for it. Was told we could check in at 1pm and there wouldn’t be a charge. Got there & was told we couldn’t check in early. Expedia shows min age requirement for check in but at check in was told it was different. Thankfully had someone with that was was old enough or we would have been stranded without a room.

This hotel is RIGHT on the Hwy- super convenient for running into downtown. Even though it’s right on the road, it was very quiet inside! Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and cold- just like we like it! It was walkable to a couple of breweries for dinner. The staff was great and breakfast was ok!
