Check in was good. Lobby looked clean and our room was on the 4th floor. As soon as we got off the elevator the heat and the smell was noticeable. The hallway had no air conditioning and it had a closed up smell. Our room was spacious but it didnt match the room we booked on expedia so that was disappointing. The couch in the room looked old and i didnt feel comfortable letting my son sleep on it. I covered it with blankets so he could sleep. Our room was also hot and had the closed up smell as well. Took a few hours for the AC to cool off our room so we could sleep. The closed up smell went away and the room seemed clean. We only stayed 1 night. I dont know if i would stay again.

Overall I would give 8.5/10 but it’s a busy roadtrip and thunderstorms in AR so I’m not too sure about everything there. I’d say I’ll definitely recommend this Comfort Inn and go back if I do another roadtrip bypassing. The room is absolutely 10/10, hot breakfast is 10/10, and staff/service is professional and welcoming so 10/10, I just don’t feel good when there are different people littering around my car at midnight…

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Where do I start… Not only were we given the wrong room but the hotel was out of pillows and towels when our new room was lacking a set. We were told the AC is controlled at the front desk and has to be turned on there. It seemed to turn off every 30 minutes without cooling. There was NO hot water, NO shampoo, and NO help from the front desk. The agent on duty repeatedly told me she had no manager I could speak to about the issues and I have yet to hear from anyone within the company after emailing them directly. An added bonus was the smell of a certain drug floating through the lobby and floors while rap music was blasting in the common area. I only wish I could post that video to share. Stay FAR away from here. I wish I had.
