The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff we encountered weren't friendly and they weren't rude - they were just doing the job. And that was fine. The breakfast was a little meh but not any worse than most other free hotel breakfast. I was very annoyed by the condition of the parking lot. It was covered in snow and ice. They didn't even bother to clear the sidewalk leading to the entrance and I fell on my way in despite being very cautious. The hotel across from them had a cleared parking lot and sidewalk. I got the impression that they did not prioritize guest safety based on that. I would rate this hotel 4 stars in their class if nit for the unsafe access issue.

In the first room, the tv didn’t work and there was blood on the bed. Changed rooms and the hot water didn’t work. The facility also didn’t have enough wash cloths to provide for my booking (family of 5). One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had and we travel very frequently!
