Terrific location. It was near the airport and major highways, and we could walk to the Clinton Library and River Walk. Restaurants were close. The room was spacious and had everyhing we needed. I especially appreciated the bathroom having a traditional door rather than a slider like a barn - more privacy.

Was told on arrival all rooms were sold out. Had to urge the desk to make some calls, informing our rooms were already paid for. Once in the room, the bathroom was not pleasant at all. The shower and fixtures were in terrible condition, there was mold, and the trip was peeling on every corner.

The room was very outdated and dingy. There was mold above the shower and brown stains through the bathroom. The curtain was tattered and the carpet torn. Was not worth the money at all. The only redeeming was the location.

The front desk attendant was wonderful. However, this property is old and in need of renovation. The room was fairly clean, although the furnishings were dated. However, the bathroom was awful. There was mold and a huge stain in the tub. The toilet didn't flush properly. If it weren't so late, we would have gone to another hotel.

We were checked in by Jasmine who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, paid parking in a secured parking garage, must use room key to access elevators and outdoor pool!

Plumbing issues

The hotel was clean and looked very nice. We checked in at 330 pm showered and left for the evening and everything seemed great. The surroundings were safe as we (2 women)walked the river market and back to hotel at 12pm agtera live music preformance in the area. When we came back to our room our toilet wouldnot flush and we had to go to lobby to usebathroom which was a big inconvenience! Then the knob on shower broke and it was hard to get the shower on. I will be calli g management in the am. Whe we were chicking out another room Complained of thesame toilet prolems. Seemsthere is a maintenence issue at the hotel.
