We had to be moved to a different room but to a mildew smell from the carpet. We made it in late so this was disappointing that the room was not I to standard. After moving to another room the rest of the stay went okay.

It looked nice on the outside, but when you enter it had an odd smell. The pool was green with hair floating everywhere. We got this room because it had so many beds for our large family and we couldn’t use the pull out sofa because there were stains on several places on that and looked like dirt or bug particles on it. The door in the 1 room wouldn’t close without getting stuck, and there was a hair clip that was not ours left in the bathroom. We asked them what they would do about it and said they can’t give a partial refund only amenity points. What can we do with that?!? We do not recommend this one!
