probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a non-super luxury hotel. view was excellent…it’s a shame this hotel was built with 8’ high ceilings, much of the luxurious feel is compromised by the low ceilings. will definitely be back.

This experience was terrible. First of all, I’m a Marriott Gold member and I’ve stayed at two Marriott hotels within a month. The last one was at the JW Marriott in Minnesota, and the experience there was excellent. However, the stay in Little Rock was an absolute disaster. First, when we parked in the valet parking area, no one came to greet or assist us. We had to call an employee ourselves, and then he had to call someone else over to ask if we needed parking. Then, during check-in, the staff had a sour attitude the whole time. They didn’t even ask if I was a member—I had to bring it up myself. They also didn’t explain any of the member benefits. When I asked if I could check out a bit later, they actually said, “You’re not,” but then added that I could request a 2 PM check-out. The room they gave us was the last one at the end of the hallway, and cleaning staff were constantly coming and going nearby. Speaking of that, the hotel had terrible soundproofing—we were woken up every time someone opened or closed a door. In the middle of the night, something fell in the bathtub, and the fridge made a loud banging noise. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Everything from the Valet to the front desk and Dennis the shuttle driver to the young ladies working the bar was Excellent! We appreciate the Marriott and Dennis getting us back and forth to the HALL that we were there for a concert and the Valet Team was spot on. The service at the Restaurant and Bar were excellent. Having to use the room key for the elevator operation was unique. Valer was incredibly helpful and overwhelmingly kind. Clean room and a comfortable bed sealed the deal. It was a pleasure to stay here.
