We were traveling from Texas to Ohio with a one year old. We reached the hotel late and could not find milk for the baby. The employee at check in was kind enough to get us milk so we could get the baby to sleep peacefully.

We checked in at 11pm, the man who helped us was great. We called the front desk at about 1am and asked if we could have a late checkout. He agreed and said 2pm, we confirmed 3x since it was so generous. We woke up and ran to a water park around the corner, my husband stayed to work and rest. My husband calls me at 12:15pm saying that Ray banged on the door and demanded that he checks out within 20 minutes. He tried to explain to them that the man the night prior said that we could check out at 2pm. I called since the reservations in my name. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner by Ray. I asked to speak to the GM, Ray said to call in 10 mins. I attempted to reach the hotel back. My husband was busy getting the things out of the room and moving his meeting to another location. The hotel sent me to voicemail multiple times. I received a phone call from Expedia stating that I was refusing to check out. We never refused to check out. I explain my husband already checked out. Since they called I mentioned the painting in the room was not finished, a vent cover was on the floor, there was a hair tie left on the bathroom counter and soap residue. I asked what they could do. I was told that the hotel disagreed with what I said, I mentioned that I have a video from room number, showing all the items. I always do since I'm traveling with children. The Expedia rep says that they would not review my footage and that they will be only considering what the hotel is reporting. 0 stars

Place definitely needs some renovations. The inside of the hotel and the room smelled really bad. The room also did not seem very clean. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely amazing. The guy who checked us out was weird.

This past weekend we stayed and out the gate I was double charged that I am not waiting for one of the charges to be refunded not something you want to do when on vacation and not expecting that expense then we get to the room it’s very clean and everything looks great till we go to take a shower and the water never gets hot so all weekend every shower is cold

Convenient location but there is roadwork so it is hard to get in and out as it is a one way road for now. Carpet felt sticky-it needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Room was very muggy and smelled musty. Had to get a box fan to help keep it cool. Limited breakfast but kids enjoyed it. Clean room and bathroom and friendly staff.

Most of property was fine. Our room was unbelievable humid to the point the chair was damp, all clothes in our bags became damp. The A/C made it cooler, but did not fix the moisture. We knew others staying there and appears problem was localized to our room.

The air unit had a smell coming out of it and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned, and I guess for a cheap place to stay I can’t expect it being a 5 star location.
