Great place

We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is beautiful the staff friendly( especially Brandon, who was not only very pleasent but very belpful)beds comfortable, room clean and a goid breakfast. The only negative is that after we were completely checked in and charged we were informed that we needed to be changed $5 for parking (this is not a downtown hotel) i spoks to someone in the morning and was told they would have the manager remove this fee. There is also no mention on the website about parking fees.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, the beds are okay, the couch bed is extremely not comfortable...my son whose under 100 pounds could feel the springs thru the mattress. The bathroom door was very hard to open once shut/too tight. The kicker was the fire alarm going off early in the morning to wake us up and had to get a 70 year old with a pulled muscle and 3 groggy kids up and down three flights of stairs and then out to the parking lot....only to later find out that it had also happened yesterday and they were trying to figure it out was some faulty alarm...so maybe a system to let people know that so they can plug their ears and not have to leave the room would be great. Didn't even shower, just packed up and took off, because alarm went off twice and I didn't want to be in shower when it happened the third time. Not the best stay at a Marriott b/c of the couch bed, and the fire alarm situation. IF they fix that was clean and good. I wouldn't plan to have more than 4 in a room though.

From the moment we arrive the experience in this day was amazing. Miss Barbara was wonderful and was very helpful during our stay as well.! The pool was wonderful and clean. Lobby was very clean as well! The rooms was amazing.

I was charged $5.00 a night for parking plus tax never ever have I been charged for parking at a hotel, and a $40.00 fee that I was told for Incidental but was charged $60.00 instead that I was told would be refunded nowhere on their sight does it state charge for parking upon reading some of the reviews people were saying parking is free .Also no extra towels or tissue in room we had to ask for these things we were from out of town and should not have to endure such things to see family....And please explain to me what is Incidentals? First time ever being charged for this as well. Springhill, I come to see my family often you will be the last place I ever stay, and I have told my Friends and Family to avoid this establishment ...Horrible horrible horrible

Staff was super friendly. Room was so spacious. If you’re staying in a room with a kitchenette though you will need to bring your own supplies (cutlery, paper plates, dish towel, dish soap, etc).

Our experience started off on the wrong foot with a chaotic check-in process. There was only one person at the front desk and no other staff visible throughout the hotel. To make matters worse, a guest got stuck in the elevator, which caused further delays and confusion. The indoor pool had a strong bleach smell that was noticeable from a distance, and it didn’t appear very clean. On a slightly better note, the breakfast was decent, but overall, the stay was disappointing.
