Desk staff were amazing ,sorry I don’t know her name. She was very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was neat and clean. The property and amenities were outstanding. Definitely would recommend!!! AND Parmer Resort is pet-friendly!

The staff was friendly and we liked the variety of different rooms. The place is not fancy but a good value in the pricy Keys. We stayed during a very atypical COLD week, and the room we were given had no hot water or heat! The staff were great about moving us immediately to a much nicer room when we told them! There is a great restaurant- Kiki’s right down the street.

The rooms were very clean! Views were beautiful. Pool was heated the cool days we were there. The breakfast was good and fresh. Loved the afternoon tea, hot chocolate, and coffee selections. Staff were very welcoming!

front desk girl was nice. the bed was comfortable. everything else was not good. the room smelled of sulfur it was terrible. it was tiny. for breakfast they offered bread, pineapple, and cereal. As expensive as that place was, should have been much more. not worth it at all. i do not recommend. not worth the price.
