Staff good and friendly. It’s just located too far from the airport. That’s all

Friendly staff.

Todo muy bonito una experiencia inolvidable volveré primero dios

Daytime, resort was perfect, unfortunately at night, hotel is open to ALL non-hotel guests and as a result made it uncomfortable at times to enjoy available facilities. Security concerns at night and a poor atmosphere ruined our stay. We usually stay at the Atlantis and won't be returning to this resort. Staff were also unprofessional and appeared to not really care about their guests. Reported a security issue during the evening and reported to the Front desk the next morning, limited empathy or concern shown and zero feedback following their alleged internal review! Working with expedia on additional service fee resort charged outside of the quoted fee from Expedia, again no explanation and felt as if we were an inconvenience to the Front desk staff.

Beautiful place and great staff but sand fleas are terrible.

Good 👍
