Je n’ai pratiquement pas dormi durant tout mon séjour. Le réfrigérateur dans la chambre faisait beaucoup trop de bruit. De plus, votre site indiquait que la réservation incluait un « accès VIP », mais je n’ai bénéficié d’aucun avantage ou service correspondant à cette mention.
J’ai trouvé le prix de ce séjour très élevé par rapport au peu de services réellement offerts. Je suis très déçue de mon expérience et j’aimerais obtenir des explications ainsi qu’un geste commercial de votre part. Et la carte du restaurant vraiment pourrie, la moitié des choses que tu commandes, ce n’est pas en stock très peu de choix.

The rooms were extremely dirty and reeked of bleach probably to cover up mold and mildew smell. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The food was okay.
