Rundown and charged more than what was reserved

Front desk clerk was very pleasant but I was charged more than what was on my reservation. Paid $161 even though reservation was $136. The room had an awful odor. We had to open the window and door to try and air out the room. There was a plug in space heater in the bathroom which is a safety issue. The hot water was only lukewarm which was disappointing since we were all cold from going to the ice castles. The place was very rundown. I will never go back.

Great old school motel that has recently been refurbished. Friendly staff with convenient location just a mile from restaurants and shops. Nothing better than parking outside your door on a ski trip!

I can’t rate staff outside of my encounter at check in. The gentleman that waited on me was very courteous and efficient. The linen on the bed was clean. The furniture is dated but in fair condition. I disliked the smell of the strong stale cigarette smoke that was present in the room in addition to the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Lots of hair in the tub and pieces of gem stones from clothing on the floor leaving me to wonder if the floor was had been swept. I purchased room deodorizer and Lysol wipes to clean the bathroom.

Clean the place!!!

The tub and covered window in bath room were disgusting. The toilet area was tiny. The front desk person was frendly, considerate and helpful. He was the best part of the stay. The rug in room was dirty and looked like it had not been vacuumed.I took photos but it wont let me add them on
