Big room with basics. Wooden cold floors. Missing things that were listed on advertisement - slippers, and heating. I asked, no response, I found house keeping next day and she said it doesn't exist. This means you can hear upstairs walking. You can also hear corridor and your neighbours. Heating i turned to max and no heat. It was freezing... I had to wear all my clothes to sleep, it was uncomfortable. You have a microwave only, literally nothing else so you have to buy your own fork etc. There is a kitchen that is locked and you cant access, it also looked unused and nothing inside. Best part was it was near train station, there was some english, and there is luggage storage... but you can also store luggage at bus station (paid )because they both have same luggage storage times. So i wouldn't stay again unless you planned on bringing your own kitchen and heater.

Apartment was not at the address listed in my booking confirmation or on the Expedia listing which we found unacceptable. Trips are planned around the physical location, we did not realize it was not the listed location until we arrived in the city after a 16 hour travel day. Apartment was nice and centrally located

Just no one knew how to turn on the heater.

Good location to both tourist sites and transportation - close to train and bus station. The breakfast buffet was nice.
