The hotel is very well situated in the old town, although be aware taxis cannot come directly to the hotel - however, that is not a problem, as the hotel will send a buggy to pick you and your luggage up from where the taxis stop and take you back again at the end of your stay. The staff in the hotel are particularly helpful and friendly, with a fantastic wine bar situated in the hotel, with very knowledgeable staff offering the wines of Greece to those who may not be particularly familiar with it - the hotel’s own sparkling Rose was a particular favourite!!! One slight downside - the water in the two deluxe rooms we had was not very warm and both rooms had a couple of issues with the light switches. Having said that, these minor issues did not detract from our stay and should we return to Rhodes, we would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The resort is beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and varied. The spa is relaxing and the spa staff professional. The beach is clean and never crowded. The evening entertainment is very good quality.The resort is not far from the Old Town or the airport. We highly recommend this resort if you want to unwind.

This is my second stay in the hotel; after my first stay 4 years ago and having enjoyed it very much back then. 1- not brand new but pretty well kept hotel. no visible wear. 2- its top of the hill, not the seaside; which has some caveats; you have to have a ride to the beach, however; a- you have your own car and drive b- you take the shuttles every 10 min; AC ed and pretty comfy; takes you the best beach club in faliraki; yes you need to pay extra for the beach but well worth the experience. 3- fantastic live music. Leida; electro violin; that is a must see; an african opera group w amazing show as well, nothing you can find everyday- everywhere. 4- dinner; great; desserts; wonderful. pizza lovers? there is pizza from breakfast to midnight. 5- staff is super helpful and accomodating. were pretty motivated to solve issues. 6- spa? nice. a lot of rooms w private pool; a nice upgrade well worth the price.

Not what I expected, especially when seeing consistent great reviews. Corridors to bedrooms felt like I was in a prison. Buffet was carnage. Hundreds of guests in a large canteen style huge room with awful looking school dining chairs. Sunbed’s broken, beach very unappealing. Incredibly huge hotel with hundreds of people and kids running riot. Couldn’t face another day trying to relax on holiday so left early. More like a 3star budget hotel.

Spotless, staff recommended and booked resturant. Will pick you up from city gate as taxis are not allowed to enter. Short walk from gate but cobbled street not suitable for wheeled cases. Stayed 1 night wished it was longer. Rhodes Old Town is amazing. Just take yourself of the main streets and into the alleyways.

The breakfast was individually served and exceptionally wonderful. But be aware of the amenities as even it is described on the hotels.com, it has the down comforter, the hotel manager or attendant even didn’t know what the comforter is. You will be surprised that there is no body covering to sleep. So you should request it before it is too late in the evening. Besides, there is no hotel attendance most of the time when you need assistance to dial 0.

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel. Friendly staff, clean facility. Breakfast was satisfying with taste and variety. Its restaurant deserves an extra comment also.

My best experience in Greece. Stayed for a month solo and had family visit me. It was truly magical. The staff were like family & good friends. There to support you as needed always. Never intrusive. From the moment I booked everyone was very helpful and keen to ensure my travel plans went very smoothly from arrival, during my stay and timely departure. Appreciate everything so much. Wonderful facilities well maintained in a perfect location to explore all of Rhodes. They truly live their Mission - philoxenia - let us look after your every need. Cars, tours, great quality. You never felt rushed. Everything delivered professionally to the highest quality. Food, stunning cocktails, pool bar dining and live music were all fabulous. Helpful too of family who visited me from overseas from United Kingdom & Australia. Pool area with the great lifeguard. Rooms - great size, balcony overlooking archaeological site, peaceful, lots of storage (unpacked for month), great wifi, housekeeping team kind and thoughtful. I totally understand why so many return to this gorgeous oasis. Will always stay here when I visit Rhodes.
