I recently stayed at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Livermore Wine Country, and while the location is convenient, there were several issues that affected my stay. The cleanliness of the room was below standard—there was hair in both the sink and bathtub, which made the room feel unkempt. I was also looking forward to using the pool, but it was too dirty to use, which was disappointing. Another issue was the noise level. The walls are very thin, and I could hear the TV from the room next door, making it hard to relax. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could benefit from improved cleanliness and soundproofing. Overall, the stay was just okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Great stay! Had to come back to San Ramon so my son and I knew where we wanted to stay based off our pleasant experience the last time we were in the area. As always, the front desk staff was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. The room was decent and the breakfast provided was delicious. Would stay at again!

Seven of us stayed here as a 40th high school reunion celebration, and we had a great time! Besides being a short drive from nearby wineries, the people at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating, our rooms were clean and quiet, and they served a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Livermore Hawthorn suites by Wyndham. The staff was kind and considerate. The inside of the property was clean and polished. The decorations were very cute and festive. The room was immaculate, sheets were sparkling white all indoor amenities fantastic. We just felt that the outside needed a touch up of paint and cleaned to match the inside also no safe in room. We will stay there again most definitely if we are in the area. We felt safe and secure since front desk person is there 24 hours and outside doors lock by 10 pm. All guests enter after that through the front doors only.
