Staff were excellent. Helpfull and polite. The restaurant menu was great as well as our dinner. If you like local beer Dirty Blonde beer was terrific. Although the weather was very cold and wet Inn was comfortable and friendly. It is also a short walk to grocery, drug stores and for a great cappaccino try Main & Mercy downtown

Not a bad place, if you MUST stay in Liverpool. But I would recommend not staying here. Drunks in the parking lot, one towel in the room. A/C and heat did not work.

This grand old property needs a refresh. Outside is badly in need of a complete paint job. Room was clean but furniture is very worn in places. Staff were very helpful to me with my mobility issues as there is no elevator. Very steep stairs. Restaurant was very good.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to checkin very late in the evening and they were ok with this. They even allowed us to check out a little late which was extremely helpful. The restaurant attached is lovely and the food is delicious and the staff are friendly, attentive and efficient.
