This is a gem of a place. I travel to Llandudno a lot and I always try and stay here. Staff are extremely friendly. Lovely rooms. Clean and tidy. Food is fantastic. And a great location. I cannot fault it.

The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. The usb ports are great for people who, like me, frequently forget to take a plug. There was an extensive selection of extras, and the milk was in the fridge. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of items. But the most important question about the stay - how did we sleep? The beds were very comfy and it was an excellent night's sleep. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel in every way

What an amazing hotel all round and just simply stunning in every way. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we had nothing but one of the best stays we have ever had. The hotel is of the highest standard you can imagine and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are what you would hope for in every way. The choice of high class furnishing and simple stuff like bedding makes this such a comfortable and high class stay. When the hotel has been refurbished, they have chosen well in every aspect. The room we had had a wonderful Seaview and we slept like Kings in a huge bed. The breakfast was also nothing short or something you would find in a high class restaurant and the team made every effort with Service. Thanks again to all the staff as they were all so polite welcoming and friendly.
