Compact but spotless
Lovely hotel would go back but have a different room, although put us close to the lift because of mobility issues the room was too small to move around easily. Bed was comfy but difficult to get on as very limited space, food and drinks where well priced and very nice, staff were great.

Beautiful Llandudno
Lovely hotel great views. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast good and service was quick. Decor was very modern and comfortable really enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend this hotel. Room was good beds very comfortable. Only issue the bathroom wasn't very big particularly the shower and nowhere to put your toiletries even though they do offer their own which is nice.

28c in the room, no AC and a leaking sewage pipe just outside the window = no sleep. Rest of the hotel was satisfactory. Money refunded.

Great hotel with helpful staff. We arrived later in the evening and were helped with luggage and locating the ev charger. Our room was great, with lovely view and dinner was delicious & not silly money. Would definitely return - great hotel for dogs too!

Nights away with our dog Ella
We had a wonderful two night stay with breakfast. I can not praise the staff enough for their professionalism but also very polite and friendly. Our Cockerpoo dog accompanied us and was made especially welcome and even had a sausage for breakfast. We would truly recommend the Llandudno Bay Hotel.

The hotel site states free parking so we expected a car park. There is no car park. The free parking is actually in the street and due to the location it is almost impossible to find a parking space close to the hotel. Hotel is a bit tired. Staff were nice.

Excellent stay (apart from the weather).
The only issue we had was that the first room we were given was very small. We asked the receptionist for a larger room and she was very helpful and found us a different room that was more suitable . Apart from that the rest of our stay was excellent and they also gave our two dogs breakfast every morning. Will definitely go back again.
