Nice hotel, fantastic location. Great staff. Really good all you can eat breakfast with quite a lot of choice. Can't complain at all for the cost of the stay.

Trip to North Wales
An enjoyable 4 night break spent with friends, using Llandudno as a handy base for various sights in NW Wales. Friendly and attentive staff, good value. Bedroom was ‘tired’ and in need of redecoration.
Stayed here a few times breakfast very good
Room was single with lots of pillows, lovely big window comfy bed tv with remote, kettle and condiments only downside was bathroom loud banging noise everytime i used toilet soap and towels provided and a handy lift not far from room lovely position on the promenade

Liked: Cleanliness
We only had a brief one night stay to attend an event and spent very little time in the hotel but all was fine and breakfast was good.
Thankfully the room was much better than the decor of the lobby area which was very tired. Reception staff were very helpful and jolly.
Staff great , friendly helpful , welcoming , dealt with problems easily and without fuss.
Inside hotel rooms clean, recently decorated bathroom appeared refurbished .
Laundry clean and well presented .
Dining ( breakfast ) super selection food hot and well presented . Dining room recently decorated . The old external Victorian facade of TV e hotel looks tired BUT the inside doesn’t reflect that functional and used areas have been decorated and well presented . This was a short family break and enjoyed by all and hotel staff added to this by their helpfulness

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was basic and bathroom was to small sliding door from the bedroom to the toilet wasn’t very private
Ideally situated on the seafront convenient for the town and station. Clean, friendly and good value for money unless you have dogs and there is a charge of £25 per dog per night. For that reason alone I would look for an alternative for future visits - I would usually pay up to £20 per dog per stay so that is very expensive.
Room was very good and extra king sized bed was great.
Not much variety on the menu. Chips far too big.
But breakfasts was first class
Very friendly hotel from staff and other residents. Dog friendly and we never heard a sound from dogs day or night. Overall we would go again.
Strong smell of musty damp going through the main entrance of this very dated hotel in desperate need of a full refurbishment
there is little to no chance of getting one of the few parking spaces. Room was clean and tidy but very hot with no air conditioning and the sash window only opening 1 inch
The bathroom door couldn’t fully open as it was hitting the sink
Won’t be returning
Staff are fantastic. Views are brilliant. Its an old building so floorboards are creaking all through the night. I slept well but i can sleep anywhere, my partner didnt sleep well at all. You can hear doors opening all night, especially after 11pm when the bar closes. I would stay again but I'd be on my own 😂.
Didnt try the food or the bar so can't comment on them
Location is quite good, near the beach. Carpark is quite full nearby the hotel. No air conditioning, it may feel hot during summer time. The toilet is clean and water pressure is good.
