Llano Grande Vacation Packages

My only concerns at this hotel were the stairs ( no elevator option) and the beds because the mattresses were like sleeping on a hard piece of wood literally! I can't imagine why a hotel would select beds that would make their guests uncomfortable at a time when they are vacationing. Lost count how many times we tossed and turned to find a way to position ourselves to not wake up with aches on our body. I highly suggest all beds be replaced to beds that represent comfort and quality stay for guests.

It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

Oasis in our summer stay in Oaxaca. Great location and rooms. High thread-count sheets, strong A/C, and outstanding service. Would definitely stay here again.
