Stay was nice.
Older rooms. Floors seems damp.
Room was very clean abd quiet.
Did not like that i was not able to have my complimentary breakfast in my room.
Travelling with a service animal this made it difficult.
Super sketchy area, people lurking in the parking lot. Rude staff, do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and stay un a different nicer safer area

We booked for family suite and when we came in, the elevator wasn't working, the washroom has a bad smell and there is black dirty water coming out from the bath tub, the sink was full of water. Then, they let us moved to a smaller room in the 3rd flr. The front desk were awesome, gave us free cot. They should check each and every room before letting the guess entered.
For the money we paid we got a nice clean, comfortable, quiet room for the night. The bed was good the shower was great and the free breakfast was good with adequate selection. The staff was also efficient and friendly.
We needed a room to overnight for a wedding. It was what we needed. Clean, comfy, good breakfast. The elevator was out of order at the time of our visit. However, be prepared to pay a $300 damage deposit that you get back at checkout if your room isn't damaged. We are bookedchere again in September.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was adequate and quiet and the breakfast was good. There was an unfortunate water leak however we were immediately offered another room.

Very clean and very comfortable to stay in. Great breakfast selection.
The room was clean and perfect. We were not expecting it to be as nice was it was. Unfortunately the elevator was out of commission. Something that should have been taken care of in less than 24 hours but wasn’t a priority clearly. Had to carry out bags to the 3rs floor. Otherwise I would stay here again.
Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious. Elevator was broken, so we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

Let’s start with the positive - the bed was really comfy, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Now for the negative - the elevator was broken, the room was outdated/had an odd smell (a candle improved the odor), the shower curtain rod needed to be replaced/fixed (it was bent and the curtain kept sliding to the middle so the bathroom was flooded every time you used it. This hotel was very clean, the staff was lovely and the breakfast area was clean and well appointed, adequate supplies and seating. Minor inconvenience is that the elevator is currently down, but there are first floor rooms to accomodate anyone with mobility issues. The whole areas smells a bit like the oil refinery but that’s all across Lloyd and not unique to this property. Check in and out was a smooth, quick process.
