Pleasant staff and the hotel and rooms felt quite traditional and nice. Great and large balcony for our ground floor room with incredible views. Nice little pool and great buffet breakfast. If you are coming from the ferry, access is 20 mins walk via steep cobbled streets which was challenging and we (I) had to carry our suitcases as the wheels were in danger of coming off! Decent parking by the look of it but consider a cab if you’re on foot. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel .

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

The room looked nice in photos, but in reality it's an incredibly cheap-feeling, college dormitory-like room with a really terrible mattress. I would never stay here again and regretted choosing it as soon as I walked into the room. It's a very short walk from the Duomo at least so the location is good. The front desk person was very helpful too.

The front of house staff and valet team is excellent and customer obsessed. Kudos to them for being terrific. Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. Floors and carpets were visibly dirty/dusty; common-area corridors were unkempt and cluttered. While the location is unmatched and some may find the artistic ambiance charming, the interior needs a major overhaul to be considered a high-end hotel.
