Beautiful establishment. Staff was friendly. Room was super clean and the beds were crazy comfy. However, the Ac wouldn’t go below 70. Apparently there was a fire alarm that we didn’t hear but the intercom in the room came on at 11:30pm to tell the entire hotel all was fine. So that was wild. But all in all, a very enjoyable stay and will recommend this establishment!

I booked what was supposed to be the most luxurious and high-end room available—top tier, premium price—and honestly, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The room was loud. Not just city-noise loud, but thin-walls-and-shared-ventilation loud. We could clearly hear a couple having an extremely personal moment from down the hall through our vents. That’s not luxury. That’s unacceptable. I’m not someone who nitpicks, but when you pay this kind of money, you expect basic peace, privacy, and professionalism. Instead, the room felt subpar at best—definitely not worth the price tag. Room service was another disaster. It took over three hours to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was cold, tasted stale, and clearly had been sitting around for a while. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, only to be put on hold and then disconnected. The app? Equally frustrating—every message would go to a different rep, and we’d have to start from scratch each time. After two hours, they informed us they couldn't even find our $120+ order and had to restart it from zero. The final blow? We left a day early because it just wasn’t worth staying. Tried to cancel the second night, but were told the “VIP” or “deluxe” rooms are non-refundable, no matter what. For a stay that failed on so many fronts, that's a tough policy to stand behind. Bottom line: this place seriously underdelivered. If you’re considering a high-end experience here, think twice. The hype does not match th

The staff were amazing! From the valet to the housekeeping - everyone was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Shantel and Xavier were great with desk services and efficient. The valet were busy, professional, and timely. Rooms were amazing and the beds were the most comfortable I've slept on outaide of my home. Room service was really good! The pools were relaxing and the lifeguards were everywhere! My favorite out of state stay so far. Tricky for doordash to find... A few restaurants and bars in the hotel and walking distance to a few others with live music. Worth every cent!!! Starbucks across the street. Felt very safe. Hope to be back in the future!!!! Whomever is doing their hiring is on point! I hope they are all paid well because they work hard and with smiles. Thank you!!!

This was a top-notch hotel. We were here for a concert at ATT stadium that was, unfortunately, canceled. However, we found things and activities in the hotel's surroundings. It was a lovely stay. While we were not able to go attend the concert, we wer so pleased with the service at Loews, that when this concert takes place in the future, we will most definitely be staying at this location. In addition, we loved that it was, literally, next door to the Globe Life stadium and are looking forward to planning a trip with our children and staying here. Do not think twice as they go out of their way to make your stay a wonderful one.
