The people in ihefront desk were exceptionally friendly day. The man. who prepared and served breakfast was incredible ! I would go back if traveling in this area.

Property is older but has been kept up. Great check-in. Breakfast was very good. One night stay so not much I can say. Did not use the pool or spa. There was an iron scorch mark on the carpet. Not sure why people are so careless. Probably be a good idea to replace the carpet with tile or plank boarding but I am sure people would still be careless. Unfortunate for the next guest checking in.

This property was SO noisy we didn't get much sleep and cancelled our second night. Situated right beside a very busy main street there was noise literally ALL NIGHT LONG! In addition, the heating system was diffficult to figure out and a note of instructions would have been helpful.

Clean room, comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Pool and hot tub - nice place to stay. Take an eye mask or remove the flashing (all bloody night !) smoke detector..

Very nice hotel. Check in was super quick. Room was nice and large. I worked a 12 hour zoom day. The internet was good enough but wished it was faster. Would stay again

Lesson learned. If there is a problem with your room go talk to the staff so they have a chance to rectify any problems. Noted and I take responsibility for the conditions I stayed in because I didn’t go to the staff. I will do that in the future. However, I feel the bigger problem being is they booked out a room with a known toilet problem (two plungers next to the toilet). I don’t want to get into any details of this condition. IMO this room should not have been booked out period until the plumbing actually worked, not kind of works. The room had a a funky odor as well. Would have been nice to have a bottle of shampoo also. $ pricey room for what it was. Will not be Staying in Days Inn at any future time. I feel that there was a serious lack of quality control and less than mediocre integrity.

With all my years booking with Expedia, this was the first hotel that I had issues with, in regards to a check-in. It was a nightmare, even after I submitted my paid receipt. Hotel receptionist had to call her manager to confirm reservation, then I was asked to call Expedia myself. After 15 minutes, they took care of the problem. Was not pleased with the service; however, they wound up giving us a nice room. Would probably never stay again!
