The room was very nice. The Hot tub was luke warm which was not ideal, and the swimming pool was ice cold~~ Also the shower was luke warm also. Could not get it hot, which I like to take a hot shower instead of lukewarm shower. The staff was super friendly~~~

The breakfast was great. The room had a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly. We felt that the carpet was quite worn and the sheet had stains. Those were not appetizing features. The bathroom door was next to impossible to open. It was a sliding Barn type door. We felt it was probably a little overpriced.

Freezing pool, would stay here again

The room was clean the breakfast area was clean and the breakfast staff was really helpful. The breakfast was ok they have waffles which my kids liked. The omelets were not yummy. The biscuits were hard The walls in our room were dirty and could use to be painted. The swimming pool was FREEZING COLD. The hot tub was warm, I thought it could have been hotter. The air-conditioning worked amazingly well.

We weren't expecting to stay at a hotel, but a sudden fire and evacuation order changed that. The staff was very helpful in checking us in, and the complimentary breakfast was good, with the kitchen staff politely greeting us and making sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

There was no soap in the bathroom and we had to go down and get some from the front desk. Also the shower door was broken so I couldn’t take a shower. The room was great otherwise!

The location to our destination was great. All the front staff was very helpful, especially Patricia. The room was very nice and the hotel was clean. We spent time on the outdoor patio in the morning and at night.

Everything was fine except for the noise from the hallway & other rooms. Fortunately it all ended by 10 p.m. I was surprised by the amount of noise that we could hear from other rooms, everytime a neighboring door was opened & closed. Usually hotels have better noise control for the rooms. One reason, I'm sure, had to do with the fact that there was a good size opening at the bottom of the door. Noise & light shine through those gaps.

So, the front desk help, needs help. The clerk was watching an unruly dog for a friend while checking us in. She also thought my last name was my first name, twice, during two different stays. Forgive me, but I pretty sure most people would think that Ronald is a first name. The room… check the shower door runner, can you say MOLD, big time. I have pictures if you’re interested. Also, it might be a good idea to have the coffee cup lids fit the cups. Just saying. One last thing, I don’t know what the hotel policy is, but two very large dogs existed the elevator, owner in tow and nearly knocked two cups of coffee out of my hands. All in all, these are things that can be easily remedied.
