beautiful property, great for families. Walk up to the beach. *the staff on the phone should learn to say Ideal Beach Resort, when you talk to them, don't be confused when the girls says Idol Beach Resort. Sheets had a ton of hair in them. My husband looked it over and we felt the beds were recently made, not slept in, just bad laundry service. Maybe change the dryer filter every load.

I stayed a few nights while a retreat was in town. The location was perfect, and it was super clean. The view of the lake was nice, and it was efficiently laid out with a 1970s cabin vibe.

Comfort at lake

Absolutely beautiful property. Timeshare/condo was amazing. We were very happy about the 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. I Love the fact that the kitchen had dishes available, cookware available, etc. full-size fridge, microwave, stove with oven. It was great for the family. Made for 10 people to fit comfortably. Loved the Fireplace! Made for very warm lovely game nights with the kids. Only a couple of things I would like to see fixed and that would be- 1. The gap around the entry door lets in a lot of light and cold air. 2. The windows on the front bedroom need curtains to go over the slatted wood blinds, The room is bright as daylight all night. I absolutely recommend this property.

We loved our stay here. It was convenient to the lake. We could just walk out our room. Loved the grassy area and shade trees. Pool was nice too. Lots of extras included and things to do for the kids. We are planning to stay here again next year.

Beautiful location for family gatherings. The mountain lake is huge and the most stunning blue color I've ever seen. Office staff is very helpful and check-in process was seamless. Only unpleasant part of the week was the terribly rude cleaning person (maybe a supervisor for the cleaning people?). I know it is difficult to find reliable employees right now and employers are grateful to have anyone so I'll not let her tarnish an otherwise great stay.

A restful place after skiing

We rented as a place to rest and cook meals after skiing at Beaver Mountain. It was a good place for this. Because it was winter, it took a day for the room and furniture to warm up. But otherwise a safe and quiet place to rest.

Great resort for a family

We really enjoy staying at this resort. The location right on the beach is perfect. The kids loved checking out games (badminton, ping pong, etc.) at the resort, and we enjoyed the two swimming pools. The rooms themselves are fine--beds were comfortable. The rooms and buildings are a little dated. There isn't shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the rooms. There were pots and pans in the small kitchen, as well as dishes, so we were able to prepare meals in the rooms. Overall, we would come here again due to the location and things to do at the resort.
