Breakfast was good but maybe some sausage or more fruit items for gluten sensitive people. Everything clean and good. Just frustrated cause I booked the wrong day first and had to cancel and rebook and couldn’t get a refund for the mistake so paid double

This is as much on Hotels.com as it is the quality in but how they handled it wasn't good either. When I booked the room its was listed as "The tempest by Wyndham". not quality inn. On top of that I booked what I thought was a 2 queen room and the room was listed as a "double room queen". This is very deceptive as the picture by it shows two queen beds but in reality it's an oversized room with one queen bed. When I got to the hotel the front desk guy was blunt and said thats not his issue and they only have rooms with one bed in them. I'm having a hard time believing that but took him at his word.

Tv did not work. Went down told staff. She came up and messed with it for a few minutes. Still couldn’t get it to work said she would call maintenance guy and ask him but wasn’t sure if he’d respond since it was 8pm. She said she’d let me know. I waited an hour and no call. Went down and asked what was going on with tv. She said he didn’t call back. Didn’t offer for a room change or anything. Didn’t give a crap that my tv didn’t work. I leave tv on to drown out the noise from other rooms. Which I could hear other rooms tvs. Walls are pretty thin. Didn’t get much sleep over the noise and aggravation. Also the semis engine breaking all hours of the night could be heard, very loud.
