We stayed for 5 nights in this hôtel. Everything about it was great however the best part is the large food variety in this hotel. We spent the whole time in the hotel and did not even eat out. The cherry on the top is the fact that they had an Iftar buffet for those who were fasting. The only area of improvement for me would to improve the maintenance of the bathrooms. If not they will wear down very quickly. They need to scrub the bath floors really well and the toilet. The waste water from my sink also stagnated for a long time.

Breakfast experience wasn’t something you enjoy unless you are need to have food in the morning. When you first enter the humidity block your noise and appetite. The area also blocks your view, as if you are in canteen room for a jail. No cleanliness at all, with all the silver wear or mugs or even the silver wear you use to serve food.

I was told by reception that I am upgraded to free breakfast and airport shuttle. In the morning they did not recognised it and charged me for both. I believe EXPEDIA can help in reversing the charge

Hotel is so beautiful with excellent services. Enjoyed the poll and breakfast buffet. We had a wonderful time and happy we choose to spend our Christmas there.

Un incontournable à faire une fois

Indéniablement un hôtel iconique à Lomé. Les décorations de Noël étaient somptueuses. Accueil à la réception agréable. Bagagiste attentionné. Petit plateau d'accueil et mot personnalisé à notre arrivée dans l'appartement, une douce attention. Cependant mauvaise prise en charge de l'installation des enfants. Alors même que j'avais pris la peine d'envoyer un message à ce sujet lors de ma réservation. Il est indiqué sur le livret d'accueil que les enfants de moins de 12 ans sont accueillis gratuitement en chambre. D'une part il a fallu rappeler pour obtenir la mise en place du couchage et d'autre part un seul lit d'appoint a été installé. Pour obtenir un second, nous apprenons qu'il faut régler un complément. Ce n'est pas pour le prix, c'est pour le principe. Je fais l'effort d'interroger, on ne me répond pas et ensuite on indique un service payant alors qu'il est mentionné que l'accueil des enfants est gratuits. Le housekeeper venu faire la mise en place a part ailleurs été fort désagréable. Je précise que nous étions en appartement donc il ne s'agissait pas d'un problème de place. Enfin, je trouverais plus engagé de proposer des produits de soins et toilettes locaux que chinois dans les chambres. Un incontournable à Lomé, nous avons cependant préféré l'accueil du CIKA (ex-IOKA) dans le même quartier et également de grande hauteur.
