the toilet was clogged and there is no water on the shower. so the receptionist gave us a key to another room to take a shower. the room was smelly and the carpet is old. there is a part under the carpet that the wood is uneven. Will never come back again on this inn. The sofa bed can hurt your back when you sleep due to uneven springs. There’s a lot of contract workers outside the hallway on their cellphones or just talking on the stairs.we felt unsafe and worried. we left early.

Fire alarm went off at 12:30am. I did not see fire or smoke. I called the front desk regarding the alarm and they said they’d investigate. 20 minutes later the alarm was still on. I called the front desk but no one answered so I called 911. The dispatcher sent a fire engine and after it arrived , the false alarm was canceled. Obviously, l got a terrible nights sleep.

Property took forever to check into. Booked because of the price and rating, but decided it was over rated. The a/c didn’t work properly and was so old the soft touch keys were unreadable. The carpet and flooring had several dark red unknown stains, and the bathroom had stains and loose, town places on the walls. I did take photos, but accidentally deleted them Sadly, I have to say I was very disappointed.

Great staff. Hotel is feeling dated. But good for contractors and general stays. Beds are comfortable and room has all the basics you need. Suites have more comfort if staying longer than 3 days or traveling with kids we highly recommend.

This hotel proved to be a great surprise...super friendly staff, large rooms, very clean and a free breakfast that went well beyond what is normally offered, with fresh food being offered throughout the designated time, not just at the start as is often the case.
