This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist. House keeping kept our room spotless. The area of was perfect spot because it was safe and surrounded by food and shops without being too busy. it was also the perfect distance from the busier more touristy areas of London. There were only 2 things i wasn't crazy about. First, our TV wasn't smart and the lack of channels wasn't ideal when we were getting ready/winding down for the night. Second as an American, the room was a little small to be considered a "superior double". With 2 people our suitcases took up most of the floor space. Also the bathroom/shower were very small (I'm 5'7, tall people take note) and i personally didn't like the shower head or lack of shower wall/curtain. Overall would recommend for someone looking for a safe beautiful space who doesn't plan on spending much time in the room.

The hallways are very small and getting to the rooms feel like a maze. The decor doesn’t really match. I would not stay here again if given the choice.

This hotel had a homely and boutique like atmosphere. The staff at the front desk and breakfast were pleasant. The guys who took our luggage was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small. The breakfast was the same everyday and bland. Would have been better to have different options every other day at least. Not much variety of fruits. I booked 2 rooms and one had an upgraded bathroom which was spacious. The 2nd room was cramped and the bathroom was old and dated. The water in the sink took forever to drain. This room should definitely not be rented until it is renovated to standard. The tile in the shower was so smooth that I slipped and fell while showering on the first day and hurt myself. My knees were bruised and swollen along with my ribs, lower back and heels. My big toe on my right foot was bleeding. I told the front desk and asked for a bandaid which they gave me. The staff said they would mention it to the manager. Not a single person ever followed up with me to ask how I was doing or if there was anything they could assist me with. I called housekeeping and asked for a rubber mat for the bathroom and they brought it up. The air conditioner did not work properly. It was like they didn’t care. I mentioned this to the staff when I checked out and she called her manager who stood there and said oh sorry . Literally did not show any emotions or real empathy. For a 5-star hotel this was super disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Brilliant.
Lovely hotel and perfectly placed. Staff were very helpful - holding a small case for 2 weeks for us- and sharing places to go etc. they even accepted a great photo book I’d been gifted and didn’t want to throw away, which meant a lot! Near tone and great restaurants. I’ll be back

All the staff in the hotel were wonderful and so friendly, they do a really good job of making you feel welcomed. The hotel is clean throughout and the rooms are cosy and comfortable, with the bathrooms & cleaned and beds remade while we were during the day. Would definitely consider staying here next time I’m in London.

Normally I don’t write reviews but on this case I must to. Up in to arrival they give you a letter saying how important you are for them and they will do whatever they can to make the trip memorable but this is not true. They gave me the worst room ever in my life, a room in the basement! The vow of my room was pipes outside the locked window. The claustrophobic sensation is the worst you can have specially who has panic attacks! Please, don’t go to this hotel. There are so many nice hotels in London you don’t need to waste your vacation days in it. I have requested many times for them to change me to a room with any view, just to avoid the claustrophobic sensation, a healthy issue but they didn’t change the room! Always the same excuse, they are full and on the following day they will try to change which didn’t happened! I had to stay outside the room during the whole days to avoid start a panic attack… very disrespectful conduct by them! The worst ever seen in my life! The actually don’t care about you and your problems! It was unbelievable! Please make yourself a favor, choose another place.
