This absolutely suited my needs for an early morning flight. The room was extremely clean, however I think the carpets could use a steam. Other than that clean towels, sheets, no pests and great front desk staff. I will be returning ehen I travel again next March. Thanks so much! Also much more affordable than some other hotels in the area and no need to take a cab, just a 10 minute walk to terminal 2. Thanks for the great stay!

Room was smaller than I had expected! However I had everything to hand for a good night's sleep. Bed very comfortable & room sound proof! Staff very pleasant & helpful. Would certainly book again.

The hotel is situated not far from terminal 3 (a couple of minutes walk). The staff were friendly upon check in. The room itself was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in! Just enough room for a double bed, with one side pushed against the wall and enough room to walk around the other side. It also had no window which made it VERY claustrophobic. The bathroom was clean and modern. The room served a purpose and was overpriced for what I got. I but probably wouldn’t stay again. Also, the terminals are seriously limited for places to eat and drink. I only found one bar which stopped serving food at 9pm. I ended up walking to another hotel to get served as I didn’t want to spend anymore time in the tiny room than I had to! I found this rather odd for the busiest airport in the UK? If you are looking for a basic room to sleep the night then, this works but it was overpriced for what I got. Search around for better.

Had an early flight from Heathrow Terminal 3 and decided to spend the night here. It was really nice, comfortable, clean, quiet. Made for a good night sleep before a long flight. I would recommend and will use this hotel again in the future when flying from Terminal 3.

Perfectly placed at the T3 arrivals lobby, convenient for pre- and post-flight stays. The room was comfortable and there were tea and coffee facilities available. The shampoo, body wash and lotion in the bathroom were exquisite - spa-grade pampering right after a long flight was just bliss! The staff were polite and attentive. There were food and drink options available at reception, as well as the coffee shop and shops a short walk away (the hotel appeared to be cheaper than options at the shops, too).
