Overall a good stay but the room had some lights in the ceiling which kept us awake and the thermostat display was very bright through out the night we struggled to sleep because the room was not dark enough

Check in folk both cheerful and helpful. Accommodation very simple and windowless, but library, with coffee machine, offered a view of the car park and walkway. Ideal place to stay pre flight from Term3. Three minute walk to Virgin check in.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They asked if I knew what terminal I was flying out of and then looked it up for me. They told me which places were open for food since I was there late. Check-in and check-out was easy. It was just so convenient to sleep there and wake up without rushing to drive to the airport. I was able to sleep-in, shower, and be fresh and well rested before my flight. The room was quiet and clean. I got a basic, single room, which was small but everything I needed. I would definitely do it again.

We stayed at the Aerotel because we knew we had an overnight layover at Heathrow airport. It's a pricey option that we found on Expedia. The room was small but very clean and up to date. We were only in the room for about 6 hrs because our flight got in late and we had an early flight the next morning. Even though pricey to us it was better than leaving the airport and finding a hotel and transportation. We are seniors and arriving at Terminal 5 in Heathrow and making it all the way (on trains etc) to Terminal 2 / 3 where Aerotal is located was confusing and a very long walk. It's doable, just be aware. I would suggest in the advertising of the Aerotel that they do a much better job regarding location. The Heathrow airport is like O'Hare on steroids! There was reception at the Aerotal Hotel and they were helpful.

Convenient hotel for flying out of Terminal 3. We arrived at the hotel just before 9pm and was told the restaurant was closing at 9pm so had to opt for an M&S sandwich. Booked a family room, which had no window, but luckily we were only staying one night and had an early start, otherwise it could feel claustrophobic.

Upon arrival, I was informed that there would be no water after 9 pm which completely ruined my plans, I also got a terrible sleep as it was extremely noisy with doors slamming etc.

This was a cupboard not a room! No window, bed against wall, limited room to open cases. Very bright night light on ceiling above bed all night. Nice and quiet though. Shower good and roomy but rest of bathroom a juggling act.

Convenient bed for a night
As long as you know what you’re getting it’s great. The rooms are small with no windows. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I had an early departure and they had two people working the front desk and brown bag breakfasts to go.
