This is a convenience hotel aimed at travellers passing through and on a layover. It is right on the concourse of terminal 3 ...so very easy access to everything .
However, it is very expensive ...my room had no windows...so resembled a posh shipping container ! . .this would explain why the staff were at pains to point out that the bathroom door should be closed when having a shower due to the risk of heavy condensation. No desk, and an uncomfortable night's sleep. An alleged soundproof room where I could hear noises and talking through the night. I suppose for the tired traveller who is happy to stay for one night, and continue their journey and invoice the company then it's ok ...any longer than that it's just not worth it. Other hotels in the area are much better ..and you get a lot more for your money .
Convenience 10 /10
Comfort / value for money 4/10 ..
This is a very basic airport hotel. No-one is there to have fun - it's functional for anyone who has an early flight. It's walking distance from the LHR tube & Central Bus Station - other hotels are a bus ride away from T2 & T3. However, it's a good 10 minute walk through Heathrow to T2 - so take that into account if you have an early flight.
My single room was small and without windows but I expected that.
If you arrive late, dining options are very limited in T3. There is a Marks & Spencer and a Costa Coffee that's open 24 hours.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
The staff had no knowledge of what was available and where to go they should be a lot better trained.
I wouldn’t recommend stays longer than 12hrs. Clean, Super tiny room (likely 2x larger than the bed footprint), with the basic (small) bathroom. All that, with no windows and it could be a claustrophobic’s nightmare. It did however, serve the purpose of a place to crash and sleep during our 12 hour layover. When morning came, we wasted no time to get over to Virgin’s Clubhouse lounge and finish out our layover. In all fairness, we would have done better to book one of their larger plus rooms. The one we had seemed more suited for one person.
It's a pre-fab box with a bed and a tiny washroom. Don't expect luxury accommodations but if you have an early flight and don't want to bother with the tube that early in the morning, you can sleep at the airport and have a no stress walk to your flight.
This is more a hostel than a hotel, but at hefty hotel prices. Rooms are smaller than most hotels, there is a light that cannot be turned off in all rooms making it impossible to sleep, the rooms are not serviced daily, the wifi is very slow (tried on a number of devices) and the rooms are not noise proofed. There are not many eateries in the airport and the staff recommend you get a drink from the supermarket and bring it in. There are many better value places a short bus ride from the airport
Perfect if you have an early flight the next morning from T3. The rooms are small and without windows, but as the hotel is designed for a short stay to sleep for a few hours this is not a problem. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. It only took me 5 minutes from checkout the next morning to the security check at T3. It doesn't get any better than that.
The only thing that bothered me was a small green light on the ceiling that you couldn't switch off. This made it a bit too bright for me at night
Shared area within the hotel was very poor (possible plumbing issues). Limited dining facilities within terminal 3 was also a problem if you are coeliac.
