What i like is the proximity to terminal 2 and 3 good for a 15 hours lay over . The room that was assigned to us the shower room not draining properly almost flooding the entire bathroom good thing we find it out right away.

Terminal 3 only
Although labeled T2 & T3 this hotel is is only Terminal 3 and good 15-20 min walk from Terminal 2. Additionally you have to keep the bathroom door closed the entire shower or risk a fire alarm ... so if a kid needs a wee you might be out of luck!

The room was incredibly expensive and incredibly small. For almost $300/night, I expect a room to be big enough to have a bedside table on each side of the bed. We could barely move in the room. It’s convenient to be in the airport for an early departure but otherwise I would not stay there.

Booked this for convenience as it's right in Heathrow T3 arrivals. Pros: convenient, quiet Cons: expensive, limited amenities, have to pump the button to flush toilet, shower steam might trigger fire alarm, no luggage storing.

Aerogel Hotel Stay
The room although compact was ideal for a night’s stay before our flight. The power shower worked well and they supplied toiletries which was an added bonus, they also let us 2 bottles of complementary water which was a nice touch. The only downsides were that the television did not have many channels and appeared to keep losing connection and other guests who were staying close by when arriving at or leaving their rooms did not appear to be closing their doors quietly so you could hear doors slamming.

This is an OK hotel, but well overpriced for the quality of service. The only big perk is its proximity to terminals 2 and 3 for those who take early flights. However, it might have been worth taking a taxi from a more remote hotel and saving money. The room quality is very good, but the rooms are tiny. Still OK for a one-night stay. Think before you stay there.
