From start to finish the stay at Rokxy townhouse was amazing. They were so many little extra touches and thoughtful gestures that made my stay wonderful. The welcome gift was much appreciated and very generous and I also appreciated the breakfast trolley that was delivered the following morning with a pot of tea and some biscuits on amongst other things. The property itself is very trendy and smells lovely when you walk in you get a code before you check in which gives you access to the front door and your room itself and I like that as I felt quite safe as a solo female traveller, the room was very spacious considering it was a single room and I had everything you needed including a wonderful minibar with free contents which I’ve never had before and then upon exiting today I was escorted to the hotel to leave my bag so I was able to go into London Without a heavy bag before I left to return to Derbyshire this was another wonderful gesture and my bag was completely safe. Whenever I return to London, I will be staying here. I will not go anywhere else. It is absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend it.

Staff were lovely Rooms were unique and quirky, awesome wallpaper! I love the personal touch, they hold your bags and take them to the room once ready and they leave notes and snacks if your peckish once you get to the room. I recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful rooms, excellent welcome and service. The chap at the front door was awesome; nothing was too much trouble. The little touches really made the stay though - from the sandwich in the room, to the free mini bar and offer to pick up suitcases in the room. I will definitely be staying again, if the pricing remains consistently good value.

Great hotel. Is it a 5 star hotel no, it lacks the space and amenity’s you would expect from a traditional hotel (such as aircon, iron, ironing board in room etc). However, the quirky design and exceptional service/gestures far outweighs what this place lacks. From the handwritten notes and the gift in the room, I’d definitely stay again.

A great place with some nice touches but a few things let it down. The bed is small and not comfy. The staff are super friendly and the tea in the morning is a great touch. No plug in the sink and the tap is too fierce.

A day at the Rokxy
The staff were fantastic! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I appreciated how they provided goodies in the room, and that they looked after our bags while we went sightseeing. The room was clean, well-equipped and had a very new shower. It's 5 min walk from King's Cross train station. We look forward to a return visit next time we are in London.
