Great staff, clean, and convenient due to location. Negatives are: -You can hear the trains. -At breakfast you help yourself, problem I found was they don’t top up/replace the food quick enough. I had to go without eggs for my fried breakfast. Considering the cost for this hotel, this is simply not good enough. Overall, I did enjoy my stay.

Wonderful Hotel with Great Access to Theaters

Overall, a wonderful stay. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. Only one elevator was working but it was amazingly quick and the wait was minimal. We checked out a bit late and were harassed by housekeeping (probably a manager) with multiple phone calls- only one reminder would have been enough..

Quirky hotel was charming but we had to take an elevator up 3 floors walk down a hall cross an interior bridge to our annex elevator down to first floor every time room was clean comfortable and well appointed

Great location on the Strand in a sketchy area

Friendly staff and great location, close to London eye. However there is a lot of homelessness in the area and it got a bit violent at some point and our kids were freaked out.
