Great hotel. Tube access is close, but if you are up for a walk you can get to many of the main attractions. Staff are excellent- so friendly and helpful, from check in, to the lounge, to the cleaning staff.

Excellent location near Oxford Street shopping, Central Line tube station, and Hyde Park. The property was updated and clean with good amenities including a restaurant, lounge, and cafe. Staff was lovely. Rooms were spacious, especially for London, and we appreciated the sofa bed for our group of three. Would stay here again and recommend with no hesitation.

The property was located near Oxford St - good for shopping - & near Hyde Park - which was good for that early morning run. Also a lovely walk through the parks to Buckingham Palace & Westminster sites. There were train stations nearby making the connection from Heathrow Airport hassle free.

The property is lovely. Friendly staff, lovely minibar full of sodas and water, nice deli but expensive. The room was nice but the shower was horrible. You have to climb over into the shower with no grip handles, the rainfall shower was a nice touch but it was cracked in the sealing. Brekafast is a whole other story. Everything was cold to the touch. The Pancakes were cold the Waffles were cold the Scrambled Eggs were cold, it was just horrible

The hotel was in a great location from everything. There were some odd things in the room like the door handle was too big for the bathroom door so it stuck out from the door and shook a lot. It didn’t seem like there were enough towels. We booked aim with 2 twin beds and there was maybe 2 inches between the beds.
