Very modern and clean aparthotel. Studio room was bigger than expected, even with the sofa bed in use. Kitchen has everything you need, including oven and dishwasher. The laundry room can be booked for 2 hours to wash and dry all your clothes. It's £5 and it includes detergent and softener. Buses aat the corner take you to a tube station in 10/15 minutes, or it's a 10-minute walk to the railway station.

More of a 3-Star Experience Than a 4 - Star
This stay was okay - the front desk staff were wonderful and the location was why we chose this place- close to Kew Gardens. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel though- more like an upscale hostel. The lightening in the room was too artificial and not warm and did not feel as cozy as other hotels I've been to. Cleanliness was overall pretty good- but some ceiling and room features were dated and some light fixtures need to be fixed. But the room is as described. The bed was comfortable, The TV behind the bathroom door was odd and overall an odd space. Not sure if I would stay here again unless there's not a better option for this location.

Room fairly clean and equipped. However, shower was not really adjustable. Could not get it to produce lukewarm or cold water. Only hot and very hot. Pressure also not good. Elevator 1 broken and elevator 2 so busy. Had to wait 5 minutes twice. Aircon very noisy.

Perfect for travelling family Heena checked us in and inquired about our stay daily. Thanks Heena!!!!!!!! Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. Lobby has an area selling some essentials etc. Sainsbury local is around the corner. Bus stops are across the street as well as the cutest coffee shop across the road. Safe and clean area. After traveling from so far, we were happy to have this place to come to at the end of our daily London adventures!

Friends and I have just enjoyed a stay here and it was perfect. It was easy to get to from our event at Gunnersby Park and a bus and tram ride away from Kings Cross. The apartment is well equipped and we had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. A gem of a place!

The hotel front desk personal were all so great. The AC in the hotel rooms dont get as cold as I would like but that is just me so it is relative and its the UK with its weather lol. The rooms were very spacious, there is an interesting balcony and you get everything in a studio apt. My stay was still excellent and I highly recommend with a grain of salt ; ) Thanks guys.

Good location to explore Kew Gardens
An Aparthotel where you could actually cook a meal and eat in a dining area! We moved tabled and chairs into large double glazed balcony area and cooked a simple pasta meal for 3 (us and a guest) - Sainsbury's Local next to hotel. Nice, comfortable queen bed and decent bathroom. Nice, half an hour walk to Kew Gardens or restaurants on Chiswick High Street.

I recently stayed at Adagio Aparthotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the comforts of home. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my needs were met throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Only that haven’t hear from them about my 100 Pounds down payment. And am waiting.
