Our stay in London, at the Apex City Hotel, was truly enjoyable and inviting. The convention location was ideal, and our hotel room was impeccably clean and peaceful. The complimentary breakfast and drinks added a delightful touch to our mornings. The staff were exceptionally friendly, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's restaurant offered delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London who seeks a great and convenient location.

Not going back

The room temperature could not be controlled so it was either too hot or too cold. Not what I have ever experienced before in hundreds of stays. Even the smallest, most remote locations I have visited have figured out how to engineer room temperature. Also Apex didn’t automatically process my extras and are now chasing me for payment which is an unnecessary admin and hassle. I won’t stay again. The location is good the room was great and reasonable well maintained.

We just feel the hotel intends to charge the customer for all possible services. They just couldn't accommodate an early check-in of about 2 hrs and still charged us. We were surprised to see a wrong bill from restaurant ( which was not consumed by us) been charged to our room. The hotel in spite of multiple follow-up has not shared any supportings yet.

Great hotel with friendly staff and in a good location. However, our room was dark and disappointing. A shame as my friend previously stayed and had a lovely room. We were disappointed for the price that we paid. In saying that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

This was our second stay at an Apex hotel as previously stated at Apex Grassmarket Edinburgh It is a smart stylish hotel near to the Thames Tower Bridge and the Tower of London Our room was clean and comfortable The staff were both welcoming and we were offered a complimentary glass of wine in the hotel bar during our stay We would stay at the Apex again
