Had a fantastic time celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Amazing hotel and staff with a lovely bottle of Prosecco for us upon arrival thank you. The breakfast service was the only slight thing I would say was slower than expected and why is everything brought on separate plates and dishes? The baked beans, the bacon and the main course were brought out separately? We asked for sausages that did not arrive but overall the breakfast is of a very good quality and the staff are amazing. Just not sure why there are so many plates and bowls used where one or two would suffice. Loved the hotel and staff and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed. Kettle did not work nor did the tv casting. Both plugs on either side of bed were not functioning and the bathroom amenities had not been refilled before my arrival and 2 of 5 were empty.

Nice hotel. Very unique decor and nice rooftop pool. The service standard was average. Checking in was disorganized, restaurant staff were consistently slow, and housekeeping came very late in the day after we had already returned from a full day of sightseeing in London.

Very chic neighbourhood. Quick check in. Lifts confusing to work. Wasn’t told where breakfast would be. Staff very friendly they make the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Not sure I would have it again. Rooftop pool is stunning. Probably more geared towards adults than families with kids which is fine. In the pool with the kids member of staff told us off for splashing water even though there were drunk adults leaving glasses all over the floor which I would say is more an issue . Also my room said free mini bar items soft drink included but nothing was included so hit with a bills at checkout. I would stay again it’s a lovely , chic hotel with the great staff.
