The room and hotel in general were stunning loved the decor and the ROOM SERVICE FOOD WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!! First attempt at check in was a bit awkward at first - lady at front desk was not my vibe. A little abrupt. A gentleman, Orrie, the person who checked me in (sorry if spelling is wrong) was lovely, helpful and very informative - that saved it for me and allowed me to enjoy the remainder of my visit. I hope to go back for the room service alone. To note, the bar has great cocktails and lovely vibe. In general it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent property and love the new digs. Check-in was an absolute horror show. I waited over an hour to get my bags sent up to my room after checking in and the lobby was flooded with people whose rooms weren’t available even though it was after 7pm at night. I dis receive an apology in the morning which was nice but still not great for a 5 star hotel. Love that the room had a balcony.

Loved the hotel. The spa facilities were great, especially the early morning access to sauna and steam room as well as the pool. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved the area as well. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with easy links into central London.
