Our experience at Art Hotel Shoreditch was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Shaun, along with Elijah and Demaris, made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after. They attended to every detail, making sure we felt both cared for and celebrated in every possible way. I had only mentioned once that it was my husband's birthday, and they took it from there, arranging everything to make the day extra special. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we've had in the UK. The hotel itself is a work of art—quite literally—with vibrant pop art on display, mood lighting, and a laid-back vibe in the bar that instantly made us feel at home. Our room was spectacular, with spacious, thoughtful design and stunning views. Every comfort was accounted for, from the blissfully comfortable mattress to the smartly arranged lighting, which catered perfectly to our needs. The blackout blinds allowed us to enjoy a relaxed, undisturbed morning, and the coffee was just right to kickstart our day. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with balloons and glasses of prosecco, which added a personal, celebratory touch to our stay. We loved every single moment and are already looking forward to our next visit. Art Hotel Shoreditch made our trip feel genuinely special—just what we were hoping for!

Really lovely experience staying in this hotel. Super clean. Great art. We loved the steam room so much. Great location 99.9% percent of the staff were lovely. The only downfall was when we were checking out the guy bearly spoke, he avoided eye contact and when I asked about how the deposit returns worked he just went 'yeah you get it back'. He looked annoied when i asked if he could take the room key holder. Maybe he was having a bad day but certainly didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Every single other person we came into contact was lovely though.

Wonderful hotel near Old street station which was very convenient for visiting London attractions . Room had a good city view of London . Also liked the that we were able to check into our room at 11.30 am as it was ready rather than 3pm. Staff at reception we very polite and helpful.
