A really modern hotel that has first class facilities and staff. Super clean and rooms are top class with stunning city views. Staff are second to none, very accommodating, polite and go out of their way to genuinely help. Great location with tube station only a 2 minute walk away, lots of restaurants and nightlife in the area. This hotel is a must stay in if you are looking for that little bit of luxury in the heart of London. 10/10 can’t fault a thing!

Nice new clean hotel. Spacious rooms for a city hotel and very comfortable. The overall experience has been ruined by the hotel taking £100 deposit for room charges then despite not charging anything to the room they refused to refund the full amount. I’ve sent 3 emails now with no acknowledgment or refund of the remaining £49.09 after almost 2 weeks. Very disappointed in customer service and administration. I am contacting my bank to claim back what they owe now

I’m not sure what the VIP amenity was. It was a wonderful hotel. Fire alarms went off daily which was disturbing and woke me up several times. The service & everything else made up for this inconvenience.

It was great room. I got an upgrade. 20% off food. All amazing. Brand new hotel so clean and fancy. I only have one comment: Whoever has designed the rooms must be a man! Put a dressing table with a mirror and a plug! It would be great to be able to comfortably dry and style hair.

Brilliant stay

This hotel was even better then we expected. The service, the attention to detail and all round general cleanliness were all 5 star. The whole experience was amazing. It was booked for my girlfriends birthday celebrations in London and didn't fail to hit the spot. The view from our 19th floor room was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

Great hotel with amazing staff. I organised my proposal in the skyline suite and the hotel manager Chiara went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly - I can't thank her enough. Also, to the young front desk lady in the hijab who checked me in very quickly so I could get my key, thank you. The room itself was clean, spacious and nicely decorated.
