Service so bad Hotels.com had to refund me!
I arrived at the hotel and attempted to unpack but the room had only a narrow wardrobe filled with bathrobes and an ironing board. There was not a single drawer in the entire room . Management offered to give me an upgrade to a suite so that I would have an even larger room without a single drawer to put my clothes. I was told to “use my suitcase.” If I were staying with a friend or living in a homeless shelter this might be reasonable, but not when paying £300 a night. I left and Hotels.com was forced to refund me a little less than £1,000. Oh, I should mention that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly and the windows do not open at all, so it was sweltering. Even an IBIS hotel is a better experience than this.

I booked this hotel because of the extensive amount of positive reviews I noticed. Well, I can say I’m going to leave a 10/10 review also as I honestly can fault anything. It was clean, sophisticated, convenient and everyone was so friendly. They also made a surprise to the room for me and my partner which was such a lovely touch. The spa area was also really nice and did not have to pay extra to use it. All round great experience and I will hope to be back there soon :)

Stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed a nice glass of fizz when we arrived. The staff were very friendly. We stayed on the 14th floor, the room was very bright and spacious, great view over London. Nice big comfortable bed. we enjoyed the steam room and swimming pool, especially the music that was being played in and around the hotel whilst waiting for the lift and whilst we took a dip in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be coming back to stay again.
