Close to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham and next to Trafalgar, Piccadilly and Leicester Square, perfectly located.

Use extreme caution when booking room, If you book through a site like Expedia or Trip Advisor, they may automatically give you a windowless room. Make sure you get that corrected ASAP. The window this room has a strange overall great staff and nice hotel.
Very different style hotel. Basically no nonsense and simple check in. The rooms are nice and fun. I had a room with a great view of the city skyline and they are big. Rooftop bar is really nice. Absolutely perfect location for my first time in London.
great location, rooms were way too small and no windows

Central location, Close to public transport, shops & restaurant. Can’t fault the location.
I had a windowless double room. The room had zero amenities. Just a bed and a pink rabbit! No surface space to put anything. No bedside table. No bathroom surface and only one outlet to plug into.
The room was clean but felt like a prison cell.
I loved my tiny room. No desk. No chair. No TV. Minimalistic, but it’s just off Leicester Sq and an easy stroll to Trafalgar Square. Close to everything, but sleeping is all you’ll do in that tiny room.
I really feel ripped off at this place, we have been traveling for 2 months and we paid good money for our stay, but there is no tv, no tea or coffee making facilities, no fridge, no safe, and there was zero shelf space in the bath room and the room lightning was like you would have for a romantic night.
I asked the staff about tea and coffee and they said there isn't any so I made a comment that they could pass onto the managers/ owners and they said they had done that many times.
Rather poor based on many stays at various accommodation and it isn't cheap place to stay

hotel is ok but for the price paid would try another option
The location was great, but for the price the “deluxe” room was tiny and needed painting/updating. The bed was an actual double so kinda small for two people.

There are no TVs in any room and no kettles. I was not aware of that. I would not of stayed there. If that was the case I will not stay there again, I understand London is a vibrant city, but being able to lay in bed and watch TV is something I enjoy.
Great central location. Lots of restaurants and shops in area.

Close to Chinatown and covent garden. Size of my walk in closet. It was barely enough room to put one large luggage onto the luggage rack for us to pass through trom the bed to the door. There was ac, but no tv. Room was very dark, i think that’s the vibe they were going for. But it’s difficult to find stuff at night even with all the lights on. We left behind one of our bag in the room upon check out (it is our responsibility, I know) but the fact that housekeeping “couldn’t find it” is ridiculous. I called approximately 3 hours after checkout, so it was probably still being cleaned by housekeeping. I called 4 times prior to the call even being answered by a live person and the staff told me to write an email. The email was answered the next day. We stayed at other hotels or even motels before and even if we accidentally left a jacket, they would attempt to contact us via email or phone right away. Would not stay here again upon return to London.
Amazing location and friendly staff, clean was always good , only thing I noticed was a mattress spring coming out on the side but didn’t bother while sleeping so it was good
The room was extremely clean and of very good standard, the only problem we had, the extract fan was on continuously, i did not have any ear plugs but eventually got of to sleep

The room was tiny. We had no view. The bathroom door was very hard to close. The staff didn't go out of their way to welcome us or make us feel welcome. The elevators were small and slow.
