Good for a short trip
Stayed at this hotel solo for my first time in London and overall was pretty good! Location was incredible and room was quite small, but was fine for 2 nights. There isn’t really a hotel lobby and people constantly in and out, including going to the rooftop. As long as you’re not spending a whole lot of time there, then you will be fine but was missing some basic stuff like room service and only had a combo body wash/shampoo so that was a bit annoying..
Very good experience if you are looking for an affordable clean and accessible place. Nice staff. Rachel assisted us and she was super helpful and welcoming! Thanks!
I have stayed here two years in a row. The location is very central in the middle of everything and easily walkable. The rooms are nice and updated. The staff was friendly. My only concern is that the room was very cold and was hard to get it warm enough for my American blood. In fairness, I didn't say anything and they probably could have helped if I did. Overall I would reccomend.
Compact but very quiet and comfy room. Good bathroom.

Booked the hotel because of the skyline restaurant and bar! But was closed for a private function! No rebate or reduction in price . Very poor practice in my view

Fantastic location, Tiny rooms and they asked for 20 Euro for luggage storge.
Also, Friends sent us a package for our birthday but the recepcion didnt inform us.
From the start, it was odd. You entered and had to sign in on a computer screen and make your own room key. The room was small. There was no tv no safe no refrigerator no luggage rack no chair. The room was decorated with a big plastic pink bunny. The headboard on my daughter's bed was "decorated" with 2 belts with buckles. There was a pink rod light near the window. On our 2nd to last night, the restaurant on the 10th floor was apparantly hosting a party and the music was so loud- that 3 floors down it was seriously loud.
I was forced to pay £450 to stay I what can only loosely be called a hotel .
The rooms are tiny, there are no tea / coffee making facilities and no room service . No tv in the room either . Room stat not changeable so too hot . Noisy throbbing sound at night time . Shower gel impossible to use as it didn’t fit its holder
Rooftop bar is always closed for private parties . Lobby dark , cramped unwelcoming
Awful
Upon checking in I found the room to be dirty, claustrophobic and in need of renovation. I spoke to reception who gave me a key to another room. This room had smashed tiles in the bathroom, door lock was dodgy and again nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com.
They offered me a refund for the 2 days I had booked which I gratefully accepted and asked for a confirmation email. When the status didn't change I rang back up and they said not to worry, I'm on the refund list it just takes 3-5 days. Again no names given when asked and no confirmation email received.
It's now 5 working days later so I called and they said "the company who does our refunds has rejected yours" which quickly changed to "we do the refunds but we aren't doing yours" after I asked for the name of the company.
No names offered and the email address given is incorrect.
Finally I was told that I was lying about both members of staff who confirmed a refund was on the way as "his staff know not to say that"
Refused to check CCTV which clearly would have shown this and refused to listen to recorded calls.
Appalling customer service to go with the disgusting hotel that has now lost me over £500 for the 2 nights.
