It is close to everywhere (chinatown, leicester square, metro station). The room is very small, there is no table and chair inside the room.

Good stay for the right traveller
Good stay for the right person - no desk (hard to work), no tv (not a big deal), very small bathroom (good for singles), excellent shower. A/C was a little spotty, but worked well when it worked. Bed a little small for 2 taller/larger people, and pillows pretty hard. No fridge, no safe. Excellent location - basically in Leicester Square, a 45 second walk from the Piccadilly line, few minutes from Trafalgar Square. Single traveler that doesn’t need to work, looking to stay near Soho, etc then go for it!

Not deluxe room, better hotels nearby
Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many areas. However not a deluxe room, no coffe/tea making facilities which I’ve never seen anywhere before even at a B&B, no TV and room smelt strongly of rotten cabbage (think drains, bit better if kept bathroom door shut). Would not book again. Better and similar priced hotels in areas.

The property is just steps from the Leicester Square underground making getting around London and other destinations (Wembley Stadium, Oxford) really easy. A short walk gets you to Piccadilly Circus. The hotel is just steps to great restaurants and theatres. The rooftop restaurant had a tasty food and a gorgeous view of the city. The room was air conditioned with a simple layout: a 3-piece bathroom, a bed and a small dresser. It’s all you need if you’re planning on mostly exploring the city and surrounding areas :)

Amazingly central location
The location of this hotel is amazing! It's so central (to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square etc.), which is really what you're paying for. The room was basic (there were no cupboard/drawers, TV or tea/coffee making facilities), but was well-maintained and clean, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. It was great for an overnight stay, but I would have found it too small and cramped for a longer stay. Th AC system was very effective, but noisy (although very welcome in a non-window room). If I was considering another overnight stay in central London, I'd definitely consider this venue again.

Great location
Great location, in walking distance to many attractions/theatres and lots of travel options within easy reach. Hotel itself is great for a short stay, no more than a couple of nights as very minimal. Could hear the rumbling of the underground from the 2nd floor, not a major issue but was just aware of this.

Great location for Central London attractions but the room is small and basic. The double bed seemed very small for two people. The air conditioning was great on one of London hottest days. Consider the price more for the location than an amazing room.

The shower lights flickered, and the room had some dust, which unfortunately triggered my allergies. However, the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant despite these issues. The hotel’s location is very convenient, though the proximity to busy streets does result in some noise.

Room was missold
This was not a deluxe room as no TV and no tea/coffee facilities. It is more like a budget/compact hotel but even they have TV and a kettle. They charge for a deluxe room but don't offer the facilities of a deluxe room. This room was missold and I intend to take this further

This hotel is central to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden & the tube. It is very safe with room key operated lifts. I had the best time at Assembly. I enjoyed the rooftop bar at night & also enjoyed the breakfast up there as well. The views are stunning.

This is not a property to stay in your small room and watch TV as there was none. It's all about being in the centre of swinging London and able to access all the famous and wonderful sites, pubs and restaurants by foot and tube.
