This hotel is fabulous, but the grumpy unhelpful and arrogant staff completely ruins it. On checking in after a long journey with the kids we were greeted by the rudest, most unhelpful staff member I’ve come across. Hardly speaking more than one word at a time, he didn’t bother telling us where breakfast was, when it was, where the lift was, nothing you’d expect from the basic of checking in experiences. The at breakfast “room number?” That was it - again hardly more than one or two words and then we just stood expecting more - where do we sit, how do we order or is it self help? Nothing whatsoever. Such a lovely smart hotel but totally ruined by the staff

Brilliant stay, will definitely be back. Hotel clean and pleasant. Beds a little too hard for me but not to the point where i couldnt sleep and thats just personal preference. Onsite spa was lovely.

We chose this property because of its proximity to Heathrow airport. The hotel is walking distance to a tube station that takes you quickly there; it took 15 minutes from leaving the hotel to the terminal. We chose a room that was reflective of our short stay there; it was quiet and comfortable for our family. The amenities were proficient, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and informative. We would stay here in the future should the need arise.

No access to make an outside local call. Being an international traveller I had no phone number access on my mobile phone. People at the desk were of no help, so I got fined for my car rental because I couldn't call them.

We entered the hotel the receptionist says I’m and my children are aloud to go in the pool we head downstairs come to the lady and says that where not aloud to go in the pool because unadvertised rules about children .After five minutes of battling with them we go to the manager and there rude to us talking to them .after 25 mins we finally go in

Ok, but I like other nearby hotels better
It is very difficult to drive into! Very convenient to the Haston Cross Tube Station! The vibe of the place is a little different. Very multicultural. It was clean. Food was ok. Don’t forget your key card if you get in the elevator! If you have a choice, choose the Hilton.

Birthday booking
I was worried about booking as some reviews weren't great. But, I'm glad I booked. My stay was lovely. I informed them that it was my partners birthday. There was rose petals and a nice cake arrangement made up of towels. It was sweet. Only thing I wouldve liked was a dressing gown but its not the end of the world. The staff were great, especially the lady to checked me in. I would definitely return.

Great location, easy tube access straight into central. Double room, our bed was smaller than a standard double, felt more like a large single, very firm. Room cards stopped working twice over our two night stay (not kept near phone or any other cards). Staff all very helpful, just a basic hotel. Does the job.

Spoke to Karan on the day of check-in who organised an early check-in which was very very welcome for a pair of weary travellers. Between Karan and his manager the service we received was fantastic, they even helped us to the room with our many bags. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you! Hotel is new, clean and has great facilities. Literally across the road from Hatton Cross station which is 2 stops from T5 and 1 stop from T2,3. The pool is very unique, quite relaxing. Lovely little café and the breakfast was very good; fresh and in abundance. We will always use the Atrium on our layovers from now on.
