The rooms are beautiful and we had the garden view for two weeks so it was quiet and pleasant. The manager was extremely helpful in choosing a room and I was so grateful. I will stay here again. I stayed here in the summer of 2024.

Overall the Bedford hotel was a lovely experience. The room was clean, great area, breakfast was great. However, the walls are thin. I mean, you can hear every conversation from all the other rooms around you. I can deal with some conversations during the day, but then you get to night. It really made me wonder how much sex people are having in an average hotel, and if this was some sort of swinger resort. Throughout the night, I heard probably I'd say about 10 couples, at least, banging at some point. Some of them were quiet but unfortunately placed in the rooms adjacent to me, and some of them were far enough away, but SCREAMING. I mean, I think I could even pinpoint which room it was coming from. Like I could hear if one particularly loud couple was 2 floors up and a little to the right of my room. The couple in the room next to me were 10/10 neighbors, very quiet, but clearly rekindling their marriage. I just about died when I heard the vibrator start. At first I found all this humorous, but at some point in the night, you have to get to sleep. So I was up texting my mother who's back at my home country 5 hours behind us. to guests looking for a place to sleep: bring sleep headphones or earplugs and you will have an incredibly pleasant stay. And for staff: take the hospitality pineapple, and place it on the front desk, upside down. So guests know what they got themselves into. Some of these people are definitely are getting off to the sounds of the others.

Good option in Bloomsbury

This is a nice option for a stay in London. Extremely central but quiet (with triple glazed windows facing the street, and a lovely garden view out back). I liked my view of the British Museum roof! The service is very good, and the breakfast is excellent. In short, highly recommended.

2-nights on a business trip. I didn’t eat at the hotel. The room had dated furniture and bathroom but was very clean. The location is perfect if you want to explore central London. Very walkable

Great hotel in a great location with great staff

We were very happy with our stay at the Bedford Hotel. It's in a great location and it is well kept and looks freshly decorated. What made this a good stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. They were always extremely helpful and accommodating. We were able to store our bag for the day, even after we checked out - which was a huge, huge help to us! Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend it to anyone.
