Great location with quality services
Very good location, minutes of walk to Holbon and Leicester Square stations. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Check in was swift and ladies at recetion desk were pleasant and courteous ; proactively introducing attractions and X'mas events /lighting. Breakfast was good also. Foods are fresh and hot. All staff are very polite and always attending with smiles. Definitely re-book again in future.

All public areas were excellent with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was good. Bedroom was clean and well appointed however the single bed was small (even for a single) and was unsupportive on the room side. I guess this is through guests sitting on the bed watching tv. Location is outstanding.

Good choice in central London
This hotel is well placed, not too far from the buzz of Oxford street & Covent Garden and very close to the British Museum. It's a good choice for a mid-price stay and the buffet breakfast is really nice. Good wifi.

Liked the amenities and the hotel knew it was my birthday so they gave me some nice goodies. Didn’t like the fact that when we arrived the receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all, didn’t smile, asked for my passport number even though I’m British, and accepted I didn’t want to give my phone number on the form but didn’t seem pleased. Did wish us a nice stay though.

Excellent hotel stay
This hotel is very central and easy to walk to Oxford st, the strand, soho, Tottenham Court Road, covent garden. Our room was a twin and very spacious. Bathroom compact, however suited us ok. Great hotel. Breakfast excellent. My daughter was a bit poorly and i asked for sime fruit and hot lemon water to take to our room, this was got for me and the service was exceptional. Thanks
