Horrific - never again
Arrived 10:30pm. Music blasting from the bar. People up and down the stairs opening corridor door next to room all night until 2:30am. Workers or guest in the room labelled staff room rummaging boxes. Then sleeping and snoring in this room which could be heard through the walls. This room labelled staff room and had a kitchen facility in there which is fine but no consideration for people sleeping gone 2am.
Mentioned it to receptionist the next day who was very apologetic and helpful to try and deal with it. After this convo the next day people again in this staff room at 10:45pm when trying to sleep they are on FaceTime speaking so loudly could hear the whole conversation through the walls again. I had to get out of bed to knock on the door to ask them to turn the volume down on the phone and keep voices quiet. That same night after this I was kept awake with a female and 2 males having an aggressive argument which did not sound good nor did I want to listen to this when trying to sleep. Breakfast was a shambles and should never be called continental and was greeted with a spider on the chair. Bed was very uncomfortable, cobwebs across the wall and could not turn the temperature down on the shower as dial was broke. Overall shocking experience. Wish there was someone on the reception when I checked out to ask for a refund.
