The room was very small with barely enough space to walk around the bed. The room was so cold I couldn’t sleep. I ended up in bed with layers of clothes on. Never again. Staff were good though.

Nobody wants to be unwell when they’re away, but there’s little better test of a hotel’s quality of service. The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience. Highly recommend.
