At check-in, I was given the wrong room and had to go back to the front desk to have it fixed. Another staff member corrected it, but the person who made the mistake didn’t even apologize. The pool and water slides were good, but overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Sold choice for a quick getaway.
Room was as expected, nothing fancy but comfortable. The shower could have a better flow, and the plug in the tub did not work well. The restaurant was understaffed and this became an issue as the two children were hungry and breakfast took about an hour to arrive. The available staff were trying their best. The pool temp was a bit lower then I liked, but the hot tub was perfect.

The hotel is great, however I wish they would limit the hockey teams as you really can’t enjoy the facilities when the pool area is crowded with kids. It used to be a nice place to relax, but not anymore. Also Shelley’s doesn’t have the staff to handle so many people. The wait was brutal
