We selected this hotel based on its proximity to the tube and the main attractions in London. We did look at the pictures of the hotel but clearly missed that it did not have A/C in the hotel. It was very warm in London while we were there and it was almost unbearable in our room. Room furniture was in good condition. Room was very clean and had a tea set up. Easy check in and check out. Staff was great. We did not eat there because we left early every morning for sightseeing. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Just had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Swiss Cottage hotel. Our room was fabulous, clean, high ceilings, loads of room to move about and everything you need as if you were at home. The staff were great, a big shout out to Erika, Beatria and Tashala on reception for being so friendly and making our stay a memorable one. Staff in the breakfast room were also amazing and worked so hard. Breakfast itself was the best hotel breakfast we have had. We stayed 2 nights for concerts at the Roundhouse, so easy to get to the venue and around London. The underground a few steps from the hotel and bus stops are around the corner. We felt very safe here and everything was on the doorstep. We can't praise this hotel and the staff enough, we will be back. Thank you Best Western.

Way over priced for this type of hotel. If it was £80 it would be fine but this cost way more and wasn’t worth it at all. Felt quite ripped off.

There was no air-conditioning. The bath took a long time to fill due to water pressure. There was alot of dust on furniture. The bed was really comfy. Room size was good for me and my kids. It wasl close to where I was visiting that day.

The hotel itself was 3 of the row houses converted. They left the old English charm inside. The location of the hotel is just a 4 minute walk to the underground-which made getting around easy. The breakfast was fantastic and served the classic English food plus cereals, breads, pastries, cold cuts. We would stay here again.

Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel was Safe, clean, had friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay! The beds are nice, best for people who enjoy their bed on the firm side. Our room was on the very top floor. We were surprised to find that the lift/elevator doesn't reach that floor even though the website says it reaches all floors. My mom is elderly so this was a factor in the original booking we were not pleased to discover. We booked via Expedia.
